Kate was great! She's was a fantastic tour organiser, we knew where we were going and how to get there. She prepared history voice memos for each city we visited. Super easy to book! The tour could have got into contact with us earlier.

We saw and experienced so much in a short amount of time. Everything was planned and organised well. It meant our holiday was as stress free as possible. Would definitely do another Contiki in future. My husband and I went together and we made so many new friends along the way. Everything ran smoothly, all questions were answered in a timely manner prior to our trip. Great customer care by our trip manager. She was amazing! Appreciate all the effort she put in and support. Would definitely recommend contiki.

All of the included experiences and FTAs were great and went way beyond what I expected. The meals, both included & optional, were fantastic! Their customer service is great. The online chat service is great and there is always the option to call. The on the road staff/trip managers are always super helpful by giving recommendations and maps to help you find your way.

The issue we had in the trip was timing. At the start we were told about add ons that we could do. We choose a couple but never knew the time until basically the day before. It was stressful for planning purposes. If we would have known the time for some we would have not done them. The included tours we didn’t know were optional as informative as it was, it just took up time we could have used for other things. We would have skipped them if we knew they were optional. The hotel that we stayed at was the worst, it smelled, wet paint on the walls, one of our friends found drugs and a half eaten croissant in her room. We did have a blast in our trip and made lots of new friends. I would have preferred 2 full days in each city and not have 1 day be counted as a travel day.
