    Itinerary

    1
    Day 1: Start Rome

Welcome to Rome, where historical ruins, renaissance masterpieces, vibrant street life and a romantic perception of life all collide. After meeting our new friends at our hotel, we'll bond over a 3-course Roman dinner. Then, we'll head out for a sightseeing tour, checking out iconic sites on the way.

    2
Day 2: Rome to La Spezia

After uncovering a bit more of Rome, we'll catch a train to the Liguria Region, a gateway to the famed Italian Riviera, admiring Italy's rugged west coast along the way. Tonight, you’ll have a free night to explore La Spezia with your travel buds.

    3
Day 3: La Spezia and Cinque Terre

Today we're headed to the enchanting coastline of the Cinque Terre.  There's lots to see here in the '5 Lands', but we've made it easy for you to explore with an unlimited train-and-hike travel card (included in the price of your trip.) This evening, you'll have the chance to join a boat cruise and watch the sumptuous sunset from out at sea. Does it get better than this? Really though? Back in La Spezia for the evening, you get one last night here to really get to know the charming landscapes and locals before we head off to Nice in the morning. Make the most of it!

    4
Day 4: La Spezia to Nice

Arrivederci Italy and a big Bonjour to France! We're headed from the Italian Riviera to the French Riviera, and the ridiculously scenic coastal train ride alone makes the journey worth it. We'll enjoy two nights in this playground of the rich and famous. Year round sunshine, beautiful beaches, boulevards and a buzzing street life makes Nice a stand-out in the French Riviera. And with an included dinner, you’re sure to start your stay in style.

    5
    Day 5: Nice

Wake up, you're in the French Riviera. Nice! This morning you'll have free time to soak up some rays on one of those iconic blue chairs along the glorious waterfront.  Glamorous and culturally fascinating, as you walk along the harbour and soak up the designer bars and couture shops you'll have the swagger of an A-list celeb. Or grab a chance to join a bike ride across Nice. To keep the glamour vibes going, why not opt to head to Monte Carlo casino in Monaco tonight, where you can roll the dice and live the life of the rich and famous?

    6
    Day 6: Nice to Marseille

A short train ride to the edgy Riviera town of Marseille on the Mediterranean coast - enjoy time to look around & breathe in the sites.

    7
    Day 7: Marseille to Barcelona

See ya France, we're headed to another magical country this morning – but not before breakfast. After falling in love with yet more scenery, we’ll reach one of the world's most uniquely beautiful cities: Barcelona. This evening, head to our optional flamenco show, where you'll experience this passionate dance up close, before feasting on some local tapas.

    8
    Day 8: Barcelona

They say this city sizzles and we couldn't agree more. Today it's all yours to explore! For a taste of what you can do, here's just a start of the never-ending list: channel Gaudi at Sagrada Familia, his greatest masterpiece, started in 1882. This labour of love is still not compete, but is still a worthy memory and insta upload. Parc Guell could be next on the list - or maybe take to the backstreets for some endless tapas and paella, washed down with sangria. Fancy cooling down? Head to the golden sands of Barcelona's beach, the cherry on top this incredible city. This evening, it’s time to MAKE TRAVEL MATTER ® in the tastiest way possible – through food of course. You’ll try your hand at cooking, and have dinner at Espai Mescladis, a non-profit whose restaurant is working to foster social cohesion within the city.

    9
    Day 9: End Barcelona

This morning our adventure sadly finishes after breakfast, but if you're hungry for more Spanish sun, why not join us for our epic Ibiza & Beyond? See you on the beach?
