A good time e! No water offered on bus. Driver wS excellent and Director was helpful, but room for improvement. Guides were in a rush due to packed itinerary but not all guests were able to keep up! Experience in the special events were very good! Benefit of unpacking only once is the major perk if you are travelling this region. Benefit offset with longer return travel time on bus. The highlights of destinations are seen but not enough time to visit inside museums, etc.

Wonderful trip. Excellent guides and tour Director. Very organized! The drive around Rome the first evening was a great idea and way to see the sites after a day of travelling and little sleep . The choice of the first restaurant was excellent It would have been nice to be able to check into the first hotel before 4pm though The tour of the Vatican and the Basilica was amazing. The tour guides were all excellent throughout the trip and so knowledgeable. The drive to Montacatini was relaxing and nice to see the countryside The Columbia Wellness hotel was a little disappointing. We were originally put into a tiny room that was very stuffy and not overly clean and were moved the following day after complaining. There seemed to be many complaints about ventilation in this building. Great location but perhaps an upgrade could be considered here. Lots to see throughout the trip and very full days which was not a problem *Personal information removed by Feefo* thought of everything and has an amazing wealth of knowledge . She is a fantastic tour Director! The excursions to.the wineries, and agriturisomos were engaging and fun! *Personal information removed by Feefo* our bus driver was amazing and you felt very safe travelling with him at the wheel. The Cinque Terre excursion was one of my favorite places despite the weather!!

Be prepared for an extremely active itinerary up very early to be on the bus every day. The optional trips were definitely worth it some of the non-optional perhaps not be very wary of any Italian holidays as Florence was extremely busy when we were there as we were unaware.. The food was very very good. The director was excellent. The bus driver was excellent. Would’ve liked more downtime to just sit back and relax.

Wonderful experience with Trafalgar's expertly planned tours. Professionally planned. All arrangements made for guests and individualized upon request. No worrying about transportation or connections. Knowledgeable tour guides. Bus drivers are courteous and attentive drivers. A variety of tours to choose from to meet every need -places to visit, length of tour and time of year for visit. I felt very comfortable traveling "solo". I chose this trip because of the 6 nights in Tuscany - Montecatini Terme. Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano were highlights of this tour. The food for the special dinners was amazing. Rosella and Massimo kept things on track. Organizing and coordinating tickets, transportation (2 ferries, train and bus) and firsthand knowledge of the areas visited was well exhibited by Rosella. The specialty tour guides were knowledgeable and added extra flair to the excursions. Enjoyed the trip immensely.

Very well planned. Very fast pace, long guided tours, not for anyone who is disabled or has any physical problems. Loved the de Vinci museum and Cinque terre tours and scenery. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was awesome.

Fantastic experience!!I felt that I was in very good hands selecting this particular trip and making airline reservations as well. I was informed by Trafalgar on a regular basis leading up to the trip. I did this trip with my daughter and it was fabulous!!! I could not have made these arrangements by myself. From the transportation to and from the airport, hotel accommodations and luggage transfer, and the wonderful travel director and driver who planned the daily itinerary. We were able to relax and enjoy being immersed in the Italian culture. I was really happy that we were based out of primarily one hotel in Tuscany and made day trips from there. We went on all the extra excursions except Lucca and absolute loved our trip by boat to Cinque Terra. I was over the moon about our market day and making fresh pasta! Our travel director was excellent and gave us detailed information about the next day’s activities. She was very responsive to my daughter’s dietary needs and made sure she was accommodated . Our driver was exceptional- he maneuvered the coach in tricky situations and we always felt safe. The local specialists gave us so much more information than we could have ever gotten on our own. The guides in particular for the Cinque Terra excursion and Florence were fantastic and really added to our knowledge and appreciation. I would highly recommend this trip for someone looking to explore the Tuscan region. It would not be the best choice for someone with mobility issues because of the uneven pavement, stairs and somewhat steep walking conditions.

Trafalgar offers a nice balance between excursions and free time. Everything that Trafalgar did was as advertised. I loved the hotel location and choices of excursions. There was also a nice balance between planned events and free time. Loved the fact that we stayed in one hotel most of the trip. We spent more time visiting sites and less time on the bus. Our tour guide was incredible and the quality of the local guides was also amazing. I feel like I learned a lot from their expertise.

Bucket List Trip to Tuscany. The tour director and coach driver were wonderful! The itinerary was fine, but finding the tour group after reaching baggage claim in Rome was very difficult. I barely found the group in time to take the 12:30 shuttle to the hotel. Having someone from Trafalgar waiting with a sign in baggage claim to direct travelers to the next building, where the tour was waiting, would have been so much less stressful after a long and tiring plane ride.

Upon arriving in Rome we were supposed to stay at Hotel Barcelona Occidental. It was changed after we had already paid for the trip to a hotel on a highway an hour outside of Rome. We could not go anywhere or do anything all day. WASTED DAY. By the time we got in our hotel room it was time to go back to Rome for our welcome dinner. The dinner was great. The itinerary was great. Loved every where we went & every thing we saw. Our tour guide & bus driver were wonderful. Only other complaint was Hotel Columbia. Every wall was painted BLACK. Very depressing. Had to live out of suitcases because very very little closet space.
