Every step of the way was enjoyable. Our hotel rooms were very nice. The food was great! Our guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was amazing!! I learned so much about Germany and Austria through him and the guides that took us around the cities. I highly recommend this tour. Our bus travel was really great, too. Our driver (*Personal information removed by Feefo*) had our safety in mind and was so pleasant.

Germany and Austria Adventure. We love that Trafalgar plans the trip, the itinerary and takes care of all the details. We just show up and enjoy. There’s no standing in line. The tour staff explain everything, fill you up with information about each exhibit, town, landmark, etc. This type of travel works for us. We get to relax and just soak it all up. Our favorite way to travel. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. This was our 3rd adventure with Trafalgar. Fast paced, packed with experiences and history and fun. We had a fabulous group on our tour. Our TD *Personal information removed by Feefo* was fantastic managing the group, coordinating events and taking care of each of us. We chuckled frequently and some of our teammates named her Mrs. P as she reminded us when to eat, when to use the restroom, when to rest. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our driver was amazing navigating those narrow roads and tricky corners and getting us to our next stop safely. One of our favorite moments was in Salzburg- our tour group became a choir and we sang the “ Do-Re-Mi” song on the famous steps where the Sound of music was filmed. Highly recommended. Already planning our next adventure!

Our first Trafalgar tour and it was fabulous. The little extras provided by *Personal information removed by Feefo* were much appreciated. Chocolates and other treats. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was always there to give a helping hand to get you off the bus. Luggage was handled well. It was a great trip and very informative. The bus driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was great and *Personal information removed by Feefo* went above and beyond to please and nothing was ever a bother.

The trip is fast, but you still have time to shop and seek out new adventures. We had a very good time and enjoyable trip. Our tour guide Ms. *Personal information removed by Feefo* and our bus driver were excellent. In fact, *Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent in coordinating and organizing the various activities, so we didn't miss out on anything. I could tell that her caring attitude enabled me and my wife to know that someone was looking out for us the whole trip. I want to commend her for doing excellent job of keeping track of so many people on the trip. Our driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was very friendly, and I wish I had gotten his contact address. Perhaps Trafalgar or *Personal information removed by Feefo* can get this to me. We also had a nice team of fellow travelers, and we made some good friends. Other than this, I would recommend this to people who are seeking a good time and adventure. We are planning our next trip. Please pass on our appreciation to *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo*. Thanks for allowing me to fill out this critique.

Germany/Austria Tour. Trafalgar staff are excellent but Hotels need to be upgraded for the price to be fair. Last year, Cosmos in Croatia trip did a very good job too with less money for 12 days. Hotels were not impressive with exception of the last 2 nights in Vienna - Imperial Summer Palace. Food overall was quite ordinary, recall 3 nights of pork loin. Need to serve a variety, including more veggies. Terrible choice of hotels in Alpine Innsbruck- Austria with construction actually during the day while we are present. Drilling, sawing, hammering. No Wi-Fi on our floor, Hilton bought and will convert to Garden Inn next year. Five of the 12 nights no front desk help after 5p. Had to go down to front desk to get kleenex & toliet paper, no staffing. Most hotels no iron or iron boards. Overall vacation a 4 of 5 stars. Hotels were a 2 Star out of 5. Food was 2 Star out of 5. Cities were a 4 Star out of 5. Tour director was a 5 Star out of 5. Bus driver was a 5 star out of 5.

Great experience. They were very helpful and I was able to communicate quickly with them anytime I had questions. My trip got delayed and they were great with making the transition to another date completely hassle free. They were able to re-book my flights for me and help me get an airport transfer set up easily. Very professional and great customer service. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was an incredible tour director. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful! She made the experience fun and so easy. I enjoyed not having to worry about how I was getting to the next point or having to plan too much. This was my first trip with Trafalgar and I’m hooked. Loved that I had options for free time or excursions pretty much everyday. Would highly recommended to anyone to take this tour and I have suggested it to friends and family already. Excited to take another trip soon.

Great service. Very good. Although we were disappointed our original dates didn’t work out, we were rebooked to the next available trip (two weeks later) they also helped cover the cost of the flights we had already booked and make sure we still had available accommodations when we flew into the starting city early. Such a wonderful trip with a fabulous guide. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful when we had questions no matter what city we were in (she knew the times and location of the nearest pharmacy at one of the hotels off the top of her head!). We loved the cities we visited, and although it would be great to spend more time in some of them, it prepares us for a return trip to spend more time in the cities we loved best. Can’t recommend enough!

Germany and Austria tour. Our great driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* and very nice and very organized, tour leader *Personal information removed by Feefo* we’re terrific and made it all look seamless. It was very well organized and we saw a lot of little highlights as well as the main itinerary spots. The hotels and meals were all excellent. The pace being up early and going all day can be tiring for some people so that needs to be assessed before deciding to go. It was a great way of seeing those countries and learning a lot of the history
