The itinerary is packed with many adventures & covered the best of the country. The hotels were centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops & attractions. The hotels were superior & most had laundry facilities. The tour director Hope & driver Stu were amazing. They kept us entertained with stories about their culture. They were very knowledgeable about the history & facts about all the destinations. They recommended good restaurants, shops & attractions. Overall the trip was fantastic.

New Zealand adventure. The itinerary was well thought out. The hotels and meals were great. Our bus driver drove us through small towns and large cities. All we had to do is sit back and relax. They took care of every detail of our trip. Would definitely recommend this trip. We loved this tour and would only change the tranz alpine train ride on last day. It got to be too long and went too late into the evening which was our last night. All the places, things we experienced were wonderful. Our tour director really enhanced our trip. Isobel was very knowledgeable, fun, respectful and friendly.

A Caring Professional Company. Brilliant, organised, caring. I took my first Trafalgar tour in 1995 and have toured with you and others since but I believe *Personal information removed by Feefo* and driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* were the best ever. Each day was interesting. Quirky little towns, brilliant meals at night, 5 star accommodation. I did not hear a single complaint. It was brisk paced but plenty of ‘me time’ too. We got a taste of both islands and the magnificent scenery, pure air, great people of New Zealand. We had a brilliant professional, funny, caring, organised guide in *Personal information removed by Feefo* and a terrific driver in *Personal information removed by Feefo*. Trafalgar went above and beyond to take the hassle out of our adventures and the itinerary was brilliant.

New Zealand 2025! Excellent in all respects! This was an excellent trip to discover both Islands of New Zealand. The guide and driver were excellent and the trip included most meals and also many excellent additional attractions. I would highly recommend Trafalgar to anyone wishing to experience New Zealand.

The group at sometimes in the trip. Was almost forty five people. My husband and I recalled that we thought it would not reach more than twenty six. Trappager still did a good job moving us all along, but it was a lot of people when we are used to smaller groups. Otherwise, it was excellent. We wanted to see new zealand and we saw all up new zealand! I would recommend the trip that starts in auckland and ends in christchurch, instead of the other way around, because the order of what you see just gets better and better and better.

Great! Organized, professional, friendly and more. The itinerary was great, with super included tours (Jetboat Ride on Lake Waiau, Dinner At Hiku, Be My Guest Afternoon Tea, Milford Sound, the Red Barn, Walter Peak High Country Farm and the TranzAlpine. It was nice to have our bags transferred from the bus to our room, and vice versa, when checking out of the hotels. The meals were well organized, and the food was enjoyable. Our guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was one of a kind - so knowledgeable, quick witted, humorous, organized ... and patient ... ten-out-of-ten for her. Our driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was always on his toes when it came to driving and traffic.

The tour has quite an ambitious agenda, but realistically is the only way to see so many different sites on both the north and south Island that we were wanting to see. The accommodations and food provided by Trafalgar or a cut above other tours we have been on. Our tour guide. *Personal information removed by Feefo* and coach driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* were phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this tour.

New Zealand, a land of many experiences. Well organized and presented. We found it very good but a little long for older people. Apart from quite a few members getting ill, including my wife and I, during and after the trip. The Director and Driver both outstanding. I ended up in hospital with acute pneumonia on our return, but I felt quite a number had the same symptoms on the coach.

Great tour! The bus driver and tour director were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and caring. They made us feel comfortable and at home in their country. I learned a great deal about the wildlife and customs of the country. It was beautiful but to see everything required too much time on the bus.

Escape with Trafalgar Tours. I have travelled with Trafalgar multiple times now and highly recommend them. Their tours are full and varied. Communication is excellent, their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have used other tour companies but found Trafalgar to be the best so far. 17 nights of action packed travel over both the Noeth and South islands. I had an absolute ball and rate my experience as 12 out of 10. There was not one thing to complain about. Accommodation, food, included activities and optional activities were all top class. Our tour guide and driver were both brilliant I'm tempted to do the same tour again as there was so much to see and do but not enough time. I ticked so many activities off my bucket list. All Black interactive experience, Zip lining through the tree tops, light sea plane to view volcanic craters, small plane to view whales and dolphins. Helicopter to land on glazier at Franz Josef just to name a few. The landscape was just stunning and I highly recommend the two museums in both Auckland and Wellington if you have the time.

Outstanding! Trip of a lifetime! I wouldn’t change a thing! The service was excellent! The tour guide and bus driver went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly! I can’t say enough about them!! Absolutely wonderful! An amazing trip! I feel like I really saw New Zealand. The trip was paced just right for the amount of places we went to. I loved having the optional flights at Lake Tekapo and Milford Sound. The whale watch flight was cancelled due to fog. The tour guide and bus driver were awesome! They worked so well together. Very informative, interesting, entertaining, helpful and went above and beyond to make the trip worry free! I wouldn’t change a thing on this trip. It was truly a trip of a lifetime!!

Great itinerary for getting to know New Zealand. Trafalgar did a great job. Everything was as advertised and all my contacts were knowledgeable and friendly. The itinerary was great and was why I picked this trip. It covered in decent detail both the south and north islands. The tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* and driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* were both excellent. Nathan was friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and made the trip. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was an excellent driver and kept the coach in top condition. The bus was full, and I was worried that would be a problem, but we all got along and everyone was punctual. During the trip there were several morning stops where I wish we could spend more time. I noted these for my next trip to New Zealand. The trip was fairly long (17 days) but really covered things. While at times I felt we were in the bus alot, I really got to see the country and I wouldn't give that up.

NZ at its best! Customer Experience Well organized, all we had to do was enjoy the journey. Porterage, meals and hotels very good. Showed NZ at its best, care for the environment, heritage and all their unique plants, animals, mammals and birds. Busy, but covered so many of the NZ cities, plus the small, fascinating towns and villages. Wonderful experiences, great optional excursions. Good hotels and good, fresh foods. Scenery magnificent and your guide and coach driver excellent. Highly recommend. Also a diverse and fun group of travelers that got on very well together.
