The itinerary for Australia was excellent. The time spent in cairns was the best day ever for me! New Zealand was great! Wish I could have spent more time with the Maori people. I was very pleased with all the hotels we stayed. I do not expect 4 or 5 star accommodations on a trip like this. All I ask for is a clean room. People in our group were complaining about the last hotel we stayed in New Zealand! Who cares!! I call them pilgrimage hotels. Tour groups come and go. I loved everything about the trip

Variety of locations and activities was outstanding. The included activities were informative and a comfortable pace for the varied activity level of participants. Optional events were spaced well throughout the tour to allow for “rest” days of desired. The separate guides for Australia and New Zealand were fantastic! Each had wonderful, easy going personalities and the ability to make everyone feel comfortable and included.

The guide in Australia was more personable, was better organized, and she did a lot of extras. She had made supper reservations for us in places we were told was impossible to get into. She also guided us to stores that sold very reasonable Black Opal.

We loved our trip to New Zealand and Australia. The tour guides were excellent and we went so many places like the glow worms, fjords, Sydney Opera House, we got to see kangaroos and kiwis and crocodiles. The tour was efficient and the hotels were luxurious and the meals were wonderful! We are planning on a trip to Scandinavia next year with the same tour company!

The tour guides were excellent but the rest not so much. The penguin excursion was especially awful. The bus had hard plastic seats, closely spaced together with no upholstery padding, but the worst was the driver. He talked non stop for hours while we were captive audience. The People were nearly crying, covering their ears. The subject matter was all credible about plants and trees and history but it was too much and he never gave us a break from his constant narration. We arrived hungry to find long lines of people to order food but most of the menu was sold out. The Rotorua part of this whole trip is still a mystery to many of us. One cannot help but think we were being warehoused to kill a couple days in an inexpensive location and sub par hotel. Then we were on a bus for hours from Rotorua to reach the Auckland airport the same morning as boarding a 16 hour flight home. What are the planners of this itinerary thinking? Do they really think this is acceptable?

I enjoyed the experience and the awesome things we did. The tour directors and bus drivers were spectacular and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about Australia and New Zealand. The only thing I didn't like was the hotel accommodations in Auckland at the Millennium Hotel. The hotel was very outdated, and the room smelled like sulfa.
