Well organized. Provides first class security & accommodation in every city. This excursion was expertly organized and led by a competent organizer and brilliant tour guide. I was fortunate to be travelling with a charming, energetic, and caring group of people from five different continents. I enjoyed every minute of this exciting experience. Beautiful country, awesome history & architecture, and friendly people!

An app would be easier, and the optionals should be available for purchase when we book the tour. The entire trip was very well planned and the tour director Tolga was very detail oriented and very efficient. The driver Kerim was excellent as well. The Marmara hotel at Antalya was not up to my expectations, it was old and I would have preferred a newer place. The Exedra hotel at Cappadocia did not allocate similar rooms to all guests and we had to take it up and the tour director Tolga got it changed for the next night. We understand all rooms are different but how the hotel randomly assigned rooms was something I don't understand.

For the elderly, Trafalgar is the only way to travel! We enjoyed seamless passport/customs entry and exit thank you *Personal information removed by Feefo*! Egypt was a good choice and our cruise up the Nile River on M/S Marion was a fantastic highlight. Our Tour Director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was the best. We were unwilling participants of the Abu Simbel optional excursion because of the cost and extra airport security that we had to go through for only 2 hours on site. However, we did enjoy seeing the extent of Lake Nasser spreading into the desert from the plane window. Overall, the experience of a well organized tour to Egypt was worth it.

Well organised which takes the stress out. Need to budget for extra costs. Egypt is amazing. Definitely things we would do differently if we returned. Nile cruise fabulous and cruise staff outstanding. Little details were lacking. Only real negative is all the hidden costs.

The tour director was excellent. The tour guide was very good. The gratuities tipping advice was not very good. There was lots of complaints by other tour members, which was even more surprising considering they were mainly Americans that are use to tipping. Being forced to have an expensive overpriced lunch was also not acceptable. Gratuities aside, the overall tour was excellent.

Very good service. Treated like royalty. Very structured in their process. They make each group (ours had 29 people) feel like they are the center of the world, but observing around, one can see just how massive the tourist industry is there, and how key the travel companies are in the process. Kind of like herding cattle around... And if you like bourbon, be prepared to give them lots and lots of money. Bourbon is expensive there. Beer & wine is reasonable. But I like bourbon... This is the first time we have ever done a trip through a travel company, so we don't really have anything to compare it to. By doing it through the travel company we felt we had the opportunity to experience the history and the country much better than if we would have attempted it on our own, our host guide was excellent, (but he didn't know **** about farming, not his fault, not his job, but I'm an old curmudgeon farmer...). Also, where there is some feelings of unrest in Egypt, we felt we would be in a safer environment than wandering around on our own. (We were) Two critiques might be that the cruise ship did not have an elevator, and that was really hard on Ma who gets her new knee in a couple of weeks. Also, you all have the process of bleeding out of us every cent that you possibly can, almost every time we turned around. I didn't much care for that.
