Trafalgar Difference

  • Cairo: Nile cruises emerged in the early 19th century as travelers sought to explore Egypt's ancient wonders by boat. The Nile has always played a crucial role in Egyptian life from the transportation of goods, to enriching wildlife. Take in the cultural and historic significance of the Nile as you drift along the famous river during your overnight cruise.

Be My Guest

  • Luxor: Enjoy an exclusive Be My Guest encounter on the banks of the Nile where your hosts, the El Boerey family, will share their stories about family life in a typical Luxor village. Savor a local culinary tradition of mint tea and freshly baked local bread with honey.

MAKE TRAVEL MATTER®

  • Cairo: Be mesmerized by the intricate art of Egyptian carpet weaving as you meet the skilled artisans of a local weaving school. This ancient and traditional Egyptian craft is one of the oldest in the country, and only few schools have been safeguarding the traditional weaving methods on wooden looms, using silk and cotton, and natural dyes. More than carpets, they come to life as unique works of art. Your visit directly supports United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 11: Resilient Cities and Communities.

If you want the best go with Trafalgar. From being picked up from the airport Trafalgar's staff were there to welcome us and to alleviate any concerns whatsoever to return us 9 days later with all things taken care of. It was so nice to be in a foreign country and feel so relaxed and comfortable and that was all due to your staff. Please pass on our thanks to Osama, Kaleed and Muhummad. They were all outstanding in their rolls. Could not have been happier. The whole trip was outstanding from start to finish. What we saw was incredible. The tour guides were outstanding in every respect from knowledge to ensuring you were safe, look after and happy. Their care and kindness throughout the entire experience is to be commended. Trafalgar Egypt Tour, a fabulous experience. We saw so many interesting places, and had the best tour guide “Ramadan “. He made the trip informative, and fun. Took lots of pictures and we had great accommodations and meals. Would recommend this tour if you enjoy history and site seeing. There was also time to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather ( quite hot but expected). Nile cruise was very relaxing . We would book with Trafalgar again. Saw everything we wanted to see and enjoyed the Nile cruise, you could customize your tour to want you wanted to include or skip. Very well run.

Fascinating Egypt. Even though we missed our connecting flight and arrive in Cairo at 3am, Trafalgar representative was there and took very good care of us. The Giza light show should be dropped from this tour. We had heard all this info from our very awesome guide Wael.

Trafalgar is serious about customer satisfaction. They take their job seriously and try hard to make sure customers are satisfied. Excellent welcome at the airport. Trafalgar did everything for us from start to finish. We were so spoiled. The weather was very hot, so it was hard to know how to dress, especially the first day in Luxor. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable. The people we encountered in Egypt were friendly although the street vendors wore us out a bit.
