Great service. The communication from Trafalgar and our tour guide, *Personal details removed by Feefo*, were great. Very timely and concise. Questions answered along the way were helpful in the moment. It was the right itinerary to get the highlights of the 3 lovely countries that we visited. The pace between stops was perfectly timed. We had adequate stops to satisfy all of our travelers. Great directions from *Personal details removed by Feefo*, our tour guide, to enjoy each stop. Our driver, *Personal details removed by Feefo*, was special. He navigated us into spots that didn’t seem possible!

Belgium/Luxembourg/Netherlands. From the time we booked our trip to the end of our trip everything was handled professionally and with perfection! Our Tour Director *Personal information removed by Feefo* and our professional driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* were exceptional! The jokes of the day by *Personal information removed by Feefo* were funny and got us in the mood to look forward to another exceptional day! We were all strangers at the beginning, but by the end of the trip, we made so many friends from all of the world. Many of us exchanged phone numbers and emails to keep in touch. I loved my trip to Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands! All the hotels we stayed at were very good except the De Medici in Bruges. All the stops we made at key points to enhance our trip were excellent! I absolutely loved our experience at Waterloo! I'm a history buff and the monument on the top of the 236 steps to the top of the hill gave me a 360 degree view of the entire battle field. Also, the museum and 3D panoramic theater was phenomenal! It gave me an experience I will never forget. All the boat rides (3) in all were exceptional! I really enjoyed the visit to all the cemeteries honoring all the veterans who sacrificed their lives for their respective countries. I really enjoyed the dinner in the countryside of Amsterdam by a small fishing village and the dinner at a Dutch farm on the outskirts of Amsterdam. In addition, I loved the experience seeing and being able to go inside a real windmill in Holland. The entire trip in my opinion was excellent!

A superb experience, and a great value! It's beyond reproach...well organized, and always kept our tour group well informed! I was very, very pleased with this tour. My wife and I elected to take all the optional experiences, and we were very glad we did. The tour reflected a great deal of well-informed planning and coordination. Collectively, the locations and associated experiences provided a rich mixture of exposure to satisfy many interests - including historical, geographic, cultural, architectural, artistic, and culinary pursuits. This was enhanced by information provided by both our Tour Director and select local guides with expertise in the topics relevant to our site. In reasonable proportion to any given location, we were also given time to explore on our own. From morning to evening, each day of the tour was filled with activity of one kind or another. The end result is that I felt there was no time wasted, and that I received great value for the time and expense I invested in this tour. I should also add that our bus driver (*Personal information removed by Feefo*) demonstrated great skill – driving smoothly, efficiently, and inspiring confidence that we were in safe hands. Yes, the success of this tour was the result of careful, well-informed planning. However, the success of great plans ultimately rests on the shoulders of the person who leads its implementation. This is where the talent, experience, dedication, and personality of our Tour Director (*Personal information removed by Feefo*) really made this Best of Benelux Tour such a great success in my opinion. Whether travelling on the bus or walking at a location of interest, she had a great skill for developing a sort of “esprit de corps” within our tour group. Consequently, our group became increasingly cohesive, allowing for fluid and efficient movement to each day’s planned travel experiences. This was enhanced by her genuine interest in the needs and travel aspirations of each tour member as an individual. I, for one, was deeply moved by her taking the time and effort to facilitate my visit to a travel site (within the tour) that was of great importance to me. My wife and I will never forget that experience – it was a priority aspiration we hoped to fulfill as part of this tour. In summary, *Personal information removed by Feefo* leadership and skills made the tour a joyful, satisfying success from the first to last day. I can’t ask for more than that!

Incredible cities, food, historic sights & experiences! The BEST part was the host, *Personal information removed by Feefo*! She was so animated, friendly, kind and solved issues easily and quickly with tact. And *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our coach driver was excellent and even when the bus broke down, he didn't tell anyone and tried to fix it before our tour of the Abbey was done. The restaurants chosen and the dinner on the farm were also perfect. I would absolutely recommend Trafalgar and use this company in the future! So much helpful information, history, amazing stops to maximize the experience! Very organized, efficient and on schedule. Great hotels and buffets. My only criticism is that the hotel in Brugge (Hotel De Medici) had beds that were old/soft - felt like a hammock. Another person agreed on that.

Trafalgar, Best of Holland Tour. I would definitely book another Trafalgar tour again overall. Overall it was really a 4.5, first time with Trafalgar have to say the bus driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* and tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* were 5 stars, the best ever, I've been on many of these tours in Europe. Like any tour we spent one day almost 12 hours on the bus ... huge travel days are tough, there were places we didn't need to stop at like Donau which was lovely and the food amazing but nothing to do in so little time, and then not enough time in Bastogne where I would have like to tour the monument which was closed and the museum which we didn't have time for. Too much downtown in Amsterdam, the hotel was very far over $35 Euros back and forth by taxi if needed. The first hotel no good, the rest very, very good.

I loved Peter and Krystal! *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* were the best! We had a very difficult person on the tour but *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* accommodated her without cheating the rest of the people on the tour. We were able to see all the highlights of the BENELUX countries.
