From the beginning with booking the trip to the end of the trip, everything was flawless. Trafalgar is a fantastic way to travel. We had a fantastic trip from start to finish. Our tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* was amazing and our bus driver was exemplary. We saw so many cities and experienced the real flavor of the country. We did all of the extra excursions offered and had wonderful experiences. We were totally satisfied and can't wait to do another Trafalgar tour.

Above and beyond!! Our Tiur Director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, made Italy come alive!! The beauty of the ancient architecture, the amazing mountains as they contrast with the serene coast line, and the sensational food and wine were all showcased as we toured this magnificent country. Every detail was considered and the personal care that she took to ensure that we could simply exist in the moment made this a lifetime amazing memory.

Logistics support and safety commendable. Some hotels are quite dated. Meal-wise can be better. Nevertheless, guide was exceptional.

The trip was great the tour guide was excellent, The Itinerary was perfect and what I expected however the Hotel in Lake Maggori, room was to hot air con did not seem to work and a 400mm x 400mm shower base far too small I am not a small man but not Andre the Giant either a 6 foot man of 100kg would not have been able to take a shower not sure a shower of this size is even legal.

Very interesting iternary. *Personal information removed by Feefo* our Travel Director and *Personal information removed by Feefo* our Coach driver were very professional. Everything was very well organized and efficient from South to North. If we have done this tour by ourselves, it would take an additional week to do the same amount of activities. The Optional experience were mind blowing.

Our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was really great. A good story teller, informative, humorous, detailed where needed. The dinner options seemed over priced. Great itinerary. Our guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent, the group of fellow travelers were great except for 1, and we liked most all the cities. (OK to drop Milan, and Romano-both were so short that they were meaningless.) The weather was great (2nd half of May); we recommend highlighting the weather trends. The bus was very comfortable (except for the windows above the seats, letting in too much sun); however, I rarely could get on the wifi.

*Personal information removed by Feefo*, our tour director, was absolutely the best. He kept everyone moving in the right direction and handled any issues with calm professionalism. A great guy, besides, he was always available to answer any questions and make dinner and sightseeing recommendations. We saw and did so much, from the Coliseum and the Vatican to the Isle of Capri and taking water taxis through the Grand Canal in Venice. It was an active trip, so everyone should be ready for walking and climbing steps. Really lovely hotels and great breakfast spreads. We were at most hotels for two nights, which is important for rest on a trip like this. I highly recommend Best of Italy.
