Best of Sicily & Italy. Our trip was amazing and our Trafalgar primary guide *Personal details removed by Feefo* was wonderful. She made everyone feel welcome and created a fun, almost family, environment. *Personal details removed by Feefo* handled the few obstacles that we had with grace, patience, & humor. *Personal details removed by Feefo* our driver, was fantastic and did a great job. All the local guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Amazing Italian tour. Great service. Our group was provided an extra experience free of charge when one hotel did not have hot water for our stay. Fast paced itinerary with so many great experiences. Our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was totally amazing and the local specialists were all very knowledgeable. The Hotels were all very good quality. The optional experiences were all amazing and worth the extra cost. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to others.

Excellent! Our driver was second too none. Our guide was very organized and helpful. Made for an excellent trip! The Hotel were ok but did not cater to the tourist. The rooms did not have the use of the fans and found the air stagnant. A little air moving would helped. The Hotel in Sicily in Giardini, Naxos, Caesar palace, found the hotel desk determinedly unhelpful.

The best of Sicily and Italy. We really enjoyed all the places that we went and the tours. The only local tour I would’ve preferred to be different was in Venice. Rather than a walk around the town, I would’ve preferred the option of being able to go into Saint Mark’s Cathedral. Again, I’ve been there before, but have never been inside the cathedral. We saw so much, and we learned so much! I’ve been to Italy three times before this, but never on a regular tour. *Personal information removed by Feefo* made that tour very special and most of all, a lot of fun! You should’ve heard the applause a few times on the bus for fabulous *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our driver!

A great Tour Director and bus driver. The service we received from the Tour Director (*Personal information removed by Feefo*) was great, right from the beginning and during the tour. The bus driver made us feel safe on the road with his expertise driving. The Trafalgar website was easy to use to complete the contact information. The Best of Italy and Sicily tour was amazing. We had a great Tour Director and bus driver. The tour was well organized and each day was an adventure to discover new locations with local specialists. The only negative was there was not enough 'Free time' in each day.

Amazing Trip! We didn't have to think about anything. Everything was lined up for us and we got to see everything! We kept busy, but saw it all. We loved having our luggage delivered to our room and then put back on the bus. We didn't touch our luggage the whole trip! Our guide, *Personal details removed by Feefo* , did an amazing job. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. His English was very easy to understand! We loved how we didn't have to touch our luggage the whole time. Our bus driver, *Personal details removed by Feefo* , did an excellent job driving us on the narrow, windy roads. The local guides we had were amazing and I loved having the head sets, so we didn't miss hearing anything. The Venice Secrets tour was disappointing though. The guide seemed a little lost. We wish we would have skipped that one. The meals were also amazing! Il Lemonet was my favorite! Such a delicious variety of foods! The dinner at Grand Hotel Assisi was awful though. I would not recommend taking another group there. The soup tasted like it came from a can. The pasta tasted like hamburger helper. We so wished we would have stayed at the cute wine shop we found in Assisi and skipped the dinner. We would have if we would have known. Overall, it was an amazing experience! We loved how much time we got to spend on the water too! That was a nice surprise.

Iconic Italian and Sicilian venues experienced in a wonderful tour. We were treated nicely as if we were house guests. Local experts on optional side trips were knowledgeable and went out of their way to show details of the excursion. A wonderful trip with **********, a wonderful tour director who, with driver *Personal details removed by Feefo* , masterfully highlighted the iconic destinations on the itinerary. Pino was knowledgeable, polite and professional. Accommodations and food was first class! and we got to know everyone on the tour, making a lot of friends. Highly, highly recommended!

I loved the tour. A big shout to *Personal information removed by Feefo* our guide and *Personal information removed by Feefo* our driver. They worked hard and *Personal information removed by Feefo* very informative. I really like how he keeps reminding us where we're going and what to do like meeting places etc. The only downfall was there was a person in our tour who obviously wasn't well. I kept hearing him coughing and sneezing in his room including the bus. This man knew he's unwell and never wore a mask. One by one alot of us became sick including my room mate. I ended up testing positive two days after the trip. I began wearing a mask on board the bus and airports but obviously my room mate caught her virus during the trip. I hope Trafalgar make it mandatory for people who know they are unwell to postpone their trips or wear a mask onboard.
