Excellent service. Everything was organized. VIP service at all the tours. Trip was excellent but too intense. One night stays were hard. Maybe eliminate some things so you can stay 2 nights at each location and add some down time to relax & refresh. Trip was packed with many sites. Local travel guides were excellent. Only 1 hotel was not good, Accommodations were good. Meals were very good. Absolutely loved our tour guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*! He was amazing! Our bus driver was also excellent! I felt very safe with his driving. Trip entails a lot of walking and stairs. Wouldn’t recommend for the handicapped. You should be physically fit for this trip, unless you choose to skip some tours. Came back exhausted but loved the trip!

The tour director and driver were great. The food offered at night in restaurants and hotels was not impressive. Optional experiences were outstanding. I thought the tour guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent. I am not a fan of the way that Trafalgar prices the tour, because without knowing it beforehand, the price was an additional $800+ for all the optional excursions which were the most memorable part of the trip. The local guides were an essential part of the experience. Your pricing structure needs to be reassessed because unless you chose the options, the food was not that good. Also one night, the hotel had no internet, hot water, or AC. We should not have been charged for that. Trafalgar “made up for it” with a drink in St. Marks Square., not close to what they should have done for us. That B&B hotel was not up to the standards of the others in general. The tour itself was excellent, the driver and tour director really made all the difference. The places we visited in a short time span were amazing so the itinerary does not need tweaking but the pricing structure does. Thank you, *Personal information removed by Feefo*

Loved Best of Italy and Sicily. Our travel director *Personal information removed by Feefo* was top notch. He handled any little hiccup with ease and kept us all updated via WhatsApp. His breadth of knowledge was impressive and could have provided all the local expert tours himself. He was a credit to Trafalgar. Great itinerary. Nice to get things in Rome like the coliseum etc. there is so much in Rome, it’s hard to see everything but this tour hit the highlights. Enjoyed Sicily. Tuscany was great, maybe a little too much time in Pisa …Pisa was iconic but after ten minutes, you are ready to go. Sorrento, Pompei, Capri, and all of Sicily were fun. All in all, a very good itinerary. And our tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was outstanding.

Excellent itinerary. Again, excellent. Everything was organized very efficiently. *Personal information removed by Feefo* driving skills were exceptional, and *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful tour leader. It was excellent. The places we saw were amazing and the guides were knowledgeable. I think the seating in the bus could be better organized. People were queuing half an hour early in order to sit at the front of the bus. I think that maybe seats could be allocated, then people could move back each day. Unfortunately appealing to people’s fairness doesn’t always work.

Quick and efficient. Trafalgar is excellent, and very efficient. I had a coordinator reach out about my return transport and correspond very efficiently. Thank you *Personal information removed by Feefo*! Great itinerary, just be aware of the time of year; I knew it was gonna be hot being in July. I severely underestimated it. *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* worked well to get us to each destination safety. They had great communication about times and meeting posts.

Tour director was amazing. Bus driver was amazing. Bus was NOT. Trafalgar, putting 5 grown adults in the very back row of the bus was awful. Simply not filling the middle seat of that back row would have made travel days much better if you were stuck back there. Please leave the middle seat empty. Amazing Itinerary.

Tour guide ************ was outstanding in his knowledge of all the places we visited !!!! He absolutely made the trip worthwhile. He and the bus driver Simone worked so well as a team, everything went as smoothly as it could !!!!! I still can't believe how well Simone navigated thru the busiest streets and tight turns !!!! Never had to worry about luggage, it was always at our hotel rooms and back on the bus every time it needed to be. An awesome experience !!!!!!!!
