No issues. Everything went smoothly. This Poland trip was a whirlwind tour and information overload of history. We got a good overview of the country and it's offerings. The hotels and breakfast were excellent, and conveniently located to the old towns. We had an excellent guide and driver, knowledgeable local guides, plus a great group of tourists. As for the itinerary - I would add another day to Zapokane, include Birkenau with the Auschwitz tour. The Be My Guest lunch, was a nice break, to see countryside living, apart from cities. As in any bus tour, there is so much to see and not enough time. I would highly suggest that people add a few days to a week, prior or after their tour. It's a beautiful country, with lots of history, good wholesome food and efficient public transportation.

All details were professionally communicated and managed. I had no issues. The actual trip was consistent with the published itinerary, which was comprehensive and varied. Our Tour Director, Mietek, was brilliant and very caring that everyone had a good time. Our driver and tour guides were also excellent, and accommodation of a high standard. I would recommend this trip,

Excellent service whilst travelling in the coach and on arrival at our accommodations. Nothing was too difficult to be addressed by tour guide or driver. Driver was excellent, smooth and had coach well-controlled at all times making passengers feel very safe. Itinerary was good covering most geographical regions of Poland. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was the best tour guide I have encountered in previous coach tours in Europe, USA, Western and eastern Canada, and St. Pierre et Miquelon. His enthusiasm to show his country came through very well, and this was strongly supported by the great depth of his knowledge. The knowledge base was much more than was needed for even a comprehensive daily commentary. When asked questions about single specific and sometimes obtuse topics he really had the answer.

Great communication before, during and after the tour with a dedicated WhatsApp chat meaning all information is centralized and easily accessible. Also our tour director was happy for us to contact him by email as well. Clear instructions meant that all tour participants were on time and understood where and when we needed to meet, and the Optional Excursions were well described. Amazing country to visit with historical buildings, wonderful waterways, ancient and modern history to learn about and amazing places to visit like 6000 year old salt mines. A well-balanced itinerary and with a great Trafalgar tour director and driver, The Best of Poland is an excellent tour to take you to the must see places of this wonderful country in a comfortable and timely manner.

Service was good I loved Poland and most of the sites we saw, but 48 travelers is way too large a group. Seat rotation on the coach never got some travelers further to the front than Row 7. The amount of time spent on the bus could have been reduced by tweaking the itinerary, without missing any important sites. Some of the optional tours were outstanding, like the Chopin concert, the polka party, and the salt mine. Most of us felt that the Krakow tour visiting Nowa Huta was a waste of time and money. The included meal was okay. The tour director was average but we all made some great friendships along the way and have wonderful memories to treasure.

This was one of the most reasonably priced tours we ever took. The airport was small and no stress in Warsaw. You feel safe the whole time and it's a very clean country. Our tour director was amazing and very knowledgeable and interesting. Of all the trips we took, our tour director was the best we've ever had. Always ahead of the game with no waits. His descriptions were informative and to the point. Kept everyone happy the whole trip.

Expensive Wish we had more time looking at beautiful Poland not just history of WW2 and Jewish genocide. Not enough time in Zakopane. Seen a lot of churches, except for Jasna Gora all others seem to be same but in different cities. Missed some places like Palac Kultury but for extra fee you could go to Nowa Huta - why?
