This has been covered already but if I may suggest lighter lunch and supper menus. If not for the tour director, I would have given a 5 star review. May I suggest that more objectivity is given to contents of your trip descriptions - how are these checked?? In your brochure the words relaxed, stroll and wander did not reflect the extent or distance of the walks/hikes or the unevenness of the terrain or the number of stairs/steps to be taken. While on one day we were very busy and on the last two days we had very little planned. There was an unevenness to the involvement of the tour guide ~ although she was ostensibly available, she often worked at a table in the dining room with her head down, so one was hesitant to interrupt her. On one occasion in Dubrovnik she left us at the bottom on the cable car ride and with cursory instructions told us to make our own way back to the cruise ship. One questioned her priorities on this first cruise of the season and as she reminded us often of her length of involvement with the owners of the cruise line and her experience as a global tour leader one felt that her involvement fell short of her claimed experience. Allow me, however to commend the crew and accommodations of the cruise ship ~ all were more than expected and made the trip through the beauty of the voyage memorable and many stops along the way exceptional. The tour guides on shore were well prepared, friendly and helpful. I have travelled frequently and with Insight before, I have and will continue to recommend and travel with the company but felt that these lapses needed to be addressed. Thank you.

Deanne Rule   -  Traveled, May 2024

The Cruise director, in conjunction with the ships captain, ensured that, although variations to itinerary due to weather or rough seas were necessary we were able to still fulfil our itinerary. In fact the use of local transport to move us from the alternative ports to destination ports actually enabled us to experience the countryside with minimal reduction in the time at the designated ports. Congratulations to the determination of our tour director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*

Excellent service from beginning to end. Boarding process simple and easy, same with disembarking. Good co-ordination with all staff members involved. Dalmation Elegance on Maritimo was an amazing cruise with an outstanding itinerary. It covered all the main islands along the route from Split-Dubrovnik-Split. Several swim stops along the route was just fantastic. Best photos taken throughout, could not miss out on this picturesque voyage, catching the sunset approaching Dubrovnik was priceless, attaching a photo. Captain *Personal information removed by Feefo* and his crew, with Tour Director *Personal information removed by Feefo* were the best. There were too many highlights to list, to name a few were the 3 or 4 course meals, the wines, the tours with the culmination on the last night with the Captain's Dinner with live music. Thank you Captain *Personal information removed by Feefo* and crew. We hope to be back again to sail the beautiful waters of Croatia.
