*Personal information removed by Feefo*, the tour guide was excellent. His knowledge of different things and the places we went was phenomenal. What a lovely, social, pleasant and friendly man *Personal information removed by Feefo* is. Im not sure we could have had any better. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was amazing. *Personal information removed by Feefo* also made a special trip one morning tea to let us have 20 minutes in Walmart which some of us were busting for! Great surprise. Our coach driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was the same. An excellent and careful driver - we all felt safe. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was such a lovely and accommodating man. He helped people off that coach EVERY time it stopped. He was always cleaning the outside and inside - the coach was spotless. If I could do every trip with that pair I would be so happy. The actual tour was fabulous - so much to see and do. It was just what we were after. We loved the Amish dinner especially and of course Niagara Falls boat ride is a wonderful experience. Every night the meals were very good. The breakfasts in Quebec were a bit ordinary and I don't eat a lot!. But Quebec is such a great stop. We had a great bunch of people which helped and the coach wasn’t crowded which we appreciated. I haven’t done a Trafalgar tour before, I usually do Insight, But in the future it will always be considered. I loved every day so very much. Thank you. Read less

It was an incredible itinerary and experience. The TD *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a wealth of knowledge, engaging and entertaining. Accomodation was exceptional. The only negative was the poor standard of breakfasts at Niagara. Overall an exceptional and good value for money.

I liked how our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* always kept us informed on what to expect daily as well as what’s coming up. Hotel arrangements were good. We had no problems there. Everyone was courteous and am sure tried their best. I thought the itinerary was good. *Personal information removed by Feefo* our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. As far as the purchase it would always be better if it was cheaper. There was also a lot to see within the time allocated.

A memorable experience. Tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* made the trip first class and unforgettable. Passionate about his work and a proud and loyal staff of the company, he made the trip exciting at every turn. All the stories (history or otherwise) games on the bus, jokes, organization and seamless check-ins. *Personal information removed by Feefo* our bus driver was solid as a rock. She drives the bus like how she'd ride her Harley.... smooth, confident and steady. Back home, *Personal information removed by Feefo* who did our booking was efficient, pleasant and very helpful. Great job all round. The sights and locations of each place had a different appeal, so the entire trip was really enjoyable. A good mixture of activities, from exploration of the old towns, main tourist sights, boat and helicopter rides and extras (visits to the Amish, Indian reservation etc.). Hotels were great. Well located and convenient to reach to all the attractions. So were the meals - daily breakfasts and Be My Guest specials.

Review of East Coast USA and Canada New York trip from 4 to 18 Oct 2024 The tour Director service was excellent, and she tried to accommodate to our request to her best ability. The driving by the coach driver was also excellent and safe with no worry from us on the road. The itinerary covered most of the must-see cities in the East Coast of USA and Canada. Some of the travelling distance between cities could be optimized and improved. The tour Director was excellent in providing a 5-star service.

USA and east Canada I would like people to know that you will exceptionably well looked after. The tour director Lisa Pickel was so professional and so good with the planning that the tour went like clockwork. On top of that Lisa is a wonderful person and made the trip even more enjoyable. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Mohanraj Rajaram   -  Traveled, October 2024

Trafalgar service arrangement. The tour director was excellent in accommodating the requests and the driver was good. Only in Toronto only half of the tour group was given rooms and told the other half to wait and find their own arrangements for lunch since we reached earlier than check in time if 3 PM and those who did not get the room had to find their own lunch arrangement at freezing temperature since the tour director left for optional tour activity. There was no logic how people were chosen to allot rooms for those got earlier allotments. At such old age we had to go out on our own to find lunch and were treated badly by the hotel as if we were asking free room inspite of paying hefty amount for accommodation . These kind of activities should be avoided by taking partiality to give Hal the group rooms and leave the other half in unknown place without any help . It could have been better if the entire group was taken to a proper place to arrange for lunch and reach the hotel at the right time so that everyone get the room at same time . While optional tour activities are to be arranged it should not be such that leaving elders to find their own way for lunch at unknown place and wait and beg the hotel for rooms to be allowed . Rest of the areas tour was generally well arranged . It will be better if the unnecessary activities like Amish county visit time is reduced instead of spending a whole day there. Generally the tour was well organized and hotels arranged were good. Except for the Amish county tour and some other tours which were very boring and almost 25% of time was spent on such activities. Sometimes long detours were taken to visit such places thus reducing the time given to visit the cities that were covered. Infact some of the cities we reached at night 6 pm and with such cold temperature were not able to go out at all. No time was given for shopping in most cities especially in Canada.
