Bus driver was fabulous and able to manipulate city streets with ease. Bus was clean however other tours always provided water. We didn't have that provided here. Also no seat back pocket for small items to put stuff in. Everything had to be kept on lap. Tour director was great last day but stuffy otherwise. Not personable with everyone. The Lucerne to Paris bus trip was too long. There should have been an excursion stop on this leg. We went through the wine region. Perfect opportunity for a wine stop. Also the location of the hotel in Paris was questionable. Not convenient to Paris iconic landmarks. It also was not convenient in Heidelberg. The train was right next to us and not close to the city center.

Traveling as a family of four with two teenage kids, we were concerned about booking an organized tour. This was definitely the right decision and made our experience highly memorable, enjoyable, and truly stress-free! Our guide Caroline was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, highly organized, and a joy to be around. She and the program organized by Trafalgar, including many intimate opportunities to immerse ourselves in local culture and food, made this jam-packed tour of 4 countries truly special for us!

The tour guide announced two times that it wasn't a holiday just lots of early mornings and long drives she looked bored and uniterested. A lot of hours driving with very little communication

Fantastic. Overall the trip was great our only comment would be the accommodation was average and in some cases too far out of centres which restricted your ability to explore

There was too much sitting on busses, getting from one city to the next. This was especially true for the Lucerne to Paris leg.

Trafalgar was fantastic in organizing all accommodations, travel, extra nights, airport transports, etc. The organization of the entire trip was flawless! We would definitely recommend them to others and plan to use them again! This was a very fast-paced tour! You get to see and do A LOT in a short amount of time. For us, that was perfect, as I had never been out of the country, but didn't want to be away from home for too long. Our guides, both our director and other hired guides in individual cities, were wonderful and very knowledgeable. We had a fantastic time! The only things that I didn't just love were the location of a couple of the hotels- not in bad parts of town or anything, just away from the charm of the city and farther out from most sightseeing places. Although those were still close to local transportation. Also, our last leg of travel was an almost 9-hour bus drive from Lucerne to Paris. We were all tired at that point, so the timing of such a long drive was a little less than ideal. But Paris was worth it!

Top-notch. Everything was scheduled and executed well. *Personal information removed by Feefo* is a fantastic guide. She was our mama-bear by the end of the tour. Took great care of us and made sure everyone else did too. Great highlight trip but it was FAST. Prepare for early mornings and late evenings.

Trafalgar was at all points to meet us while traveling as promised I did however think the transfer from London Hotel to Airport was part of the program but it cost us $150 pounds for the lift. We saw many great sites but it is a jamb packed schedule! Hotel in Paris was not in a very touristy area. Love Lucerne except for hot hotel room. Host kept everyone on schedule and was very organized and gracious.
