Acceptable and efficient. Accommodation was fine as far as the hotels themselves went, but the location of one beside a railway terminal, and another in Paris, in a rather sketchy area where one would not care to walk at night, were poor choices.

A Wonderful Way to Explore Four European Cities. The bus was clean and comfortable. The agents in the home office were courteous and helpful. As I said earlier our guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* and driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* were superb. Truly an enjoyable trip. It was a wonderful way to get a taste of four European cities: Amsterdam, Heidelberg, Lucern and Paris. *Personal information removed by Feefo* our guide and *Personal information removed by Feefo* our driver did a great job whisking us through the cities safely and enjoyably in about a week. We saw alot. I plan to visit each place again!

European Highlights. I had used Trafalgar in the past and loved my tour of Italy, and knew the European tour would not disappoint, and it didn’t. It definitely gave us highlights of each country we visited. Our guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent. I loved the river cruises, in Amsterdam and Paris. The Cabaret in Paris was such fun. I was a little, no, a lot nervous about the cable car going up Mt Pilatus in Switzerland because of my fear of heights, but I’m so glad I got in. The views were spectacular. Versailles was beautiful.

Lacked side trip options. Expected options such as Ann Frank house, Eiffel Tower and Louve excursions.

Had an amazing time on our European Highlights trip! Keep in my mind that it is very jam packed with early starts to the day, but participating in the optional experiences made the whole trip even more worth it. A few of these experiences paired our tour up with locals, and those were my favorite moments. My only note was not being given any sort of itinerary prior to or at the start of the tour. I personally was going off of what was on the website to help track my days, but we didn't follow that completely either. I understand the need for flexibility, especially with changing weather, but somewhat of an in advance idea would've been helpful to plan out free time better or even to know what shoes to wear that day. All in all, so many happy memories!

European Highlights and bumps. Trafalgar delivers a good experience for a good value. I would have considered the Insight tours for an upgrade but they were longer than we could be away. Please consider tours with city center hotels and the time needed to experience a big city. Hotels are nice but locations are not always convenient. I always prefer city center and would pay more for walkability. Our tour guide was professional and attentive to various group interests. The local guides were knowledgeable and enhanced the Versailles experience greatly. We added a day in Amsterdam and that was essential for any appreciation of this wonderful city. Add a day to the tour! The tour group was very enjoyable for a full bus. As the number of travelers goes up there can be outliers but not this time.

We did the European Highlights, the hotel rooms in Switzerland where we stayed in did not have air conditioning, we were not able to sleep well. In Germany the air conditioning was not working well.

The optional experiences are feast or famine. Twice we had 3 optional experiences in the same day, one right after another. It was exhausting. There was also no forewarning about ****** in the cabaret show. Once we had to argue with dinner servers who would not provide some of us with sodas instead of wine or beer. Our fondue dinner in Lucerne was in a restaurant too small for all of us. As a result several people were splatter burned with the hot oil because the pots were too close to us on the small tables.

Itinerary was excellent. *Personal information removed by Feefo* our guide is exceptional in his knowledge of the areas we were travelling in. *Personal information removed by Feefo* our bus driver was amazing and I felt very safe at all times. I saw a lot, learned a lot and experienced events I never dreamed I would get to do such as ascending a mountain 1900 meters high in an outside gondola surrounded by absolute peace and tranquility.
