Grand Italian Experience. Before the trip, we were contacted by our tour guide giving us detailed information on what to expect upon arrival, where to meet at airport and itinerary for the week. We also got email from Trafalgar with hotel names and dates to share with our family which was helpful in case of emergency back home. It covered so much in the time of the trip, I was pleasantly surprised at all the stops we had along the way to our final destination for each day. Our guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was very friendly and always telling us history of some of the towns we were traveling through. The hotels we stayed at were very nice and the food was excellent. This is a trip I highly recommend for anyone who has the time to do it, well worth the money.

He got us through some roads that seemed almost impossible for our large bus. We would do this again with *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo*, they were the best. The tour gave us a look at most of what Italy has to offer. You will not be disappointed! They thought of everything! We had no worries about transfers or bags. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was able to add some delightful extra experiences and reschedule an optional train trip with a coach tour when the train was not available. She also was very funny and entertaining. Thank you *Personal information removed by Feefo*! We travel extensively and were very pleased with this tour. The itinerary included every city we wanted to visit. We did every optional excursion and found them to be outstanding. Our hotels were comfortable and the included meals were excellent. All the provided services were efficient. We really enjoyed our guides, *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* and driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*. The only improvement could have been the coach. The seats on the left side did not have enough leg room. We rotated seating, so we spent time on both sides. I definitely recommend this tour with Trafalgar!
