Amazing holiday, new friends made learnt so much. It's was very good everything was seamless. It was busy, but balanced. We saw key sites and had a really nice group of travelers. We were two kiwis with mostly Americans, but worked out well once they understood our accents. Some hotels were brilliant, other were ok. A fabulous tour guide and driver made the trip amazing.

Fabulous! Great Iberian Cities Tour! Trafalgar does a great job handling luggage, getting it to your room, back and forth to airport, in and out of hotels, they pay attention to detail. This was my 7th trip with them and I'm already planning my 8th for 2025. Wonderful trip, the big cities of Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon were outstanding but for me the true gems were Toledo and Saville, two small beautiful cities that are architectural wonders. The tour director Catarina was terrific, kept us up to date daily either verbally or through What's App and Francisco the driver drove us safely over long distances and some tight spots in the cities. I met some great people from Australia, Canada, Scotland and terrific fellow Americans, a few of whom we learned were Vietnam Veterans and a fine young man who served in Afghanistan-Iraq and we talked of our experiences.

Hot summer days in Spain and Portugal. Our tour director, Alberto, was excellent and knowledgeable. Plus a fun personality, we saw a lot of thing. On the go every minute. Covered a lot of land in a short time.

Great Iberian Cities - A tour not to miss! Excellent, professional, attention to the details, personal touch, unique, memorable, timely and fun! The overall trip was the perfect length, the right amount of time spent in each City, and on long-drive days, the stops in Zaragoza and Toledo were extremely timely and very much enjoyed and breaking up the drive. Our host, coach driver, and local specialist were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, timely, and flexible when necessary. The Be Our Guest dinner on the olive farm space was very unique and memorable. August was a great time to go while many Spaniards and Portuguese were on holiday. The balance trip style was a good fit, having the option to do additional things, or not. We would & have highly recommend this tour to our friends and family. There were 42 people on our trip from all over the world and we enjoyed our time together and made some new friends. Our first experience with Trafalgar (via Costco) and we have already recommended to friends and family that we would travel with Trafalgar again in the future.

Great experience. The person that I booked the trip with was very responsive. Customer service was helpful when I needed to prepay the tips. The tour director and local guides were informative and friendly. This was my first solo traveling experience, and I’m looking forward to doing it again. I liked the optional excursions. The hotels were pretty nice. Sometimes you sacrificed amenities for location and vice versa. I liked that we stopped in some smaller towns as we went from one major city to another. The dinners that they took us to weren’t always good, so I would suggest skipping those and finding restaurants on your own. I don’t think I experienced everything that Barcelona and Lisbon had to offer, but that just means that I’ll have to return for longer trips in the future. Overall, I think Great Iberian Cities is a great sampling of places in Spain and Portugal.

Trip Delivered As Promised. The service provided by Trafalgar was great. With that being said, when things go according to plan, the service is usually fine. The selection of areas visited was excellent, but two nights per city was not enough to fully experience the cultural and historical significance of each city. I’d have paid a bit more to have three nights per city; that would have been appropriate.

Iberian cities. Knowledgeable tour guides, great historical sites and local cuisines. The optional experiences in this tour are exceptional. More of Portugal would be nice.

The tour directors are very organized & well versed in providing travelers with the best experience. Aside from great sight seeing & history they will bring you to great cultural experiences very unique to this part of the world such as Flamenco dancers in Seville and Fado musicians & singers in Lisbon. Very authentic experience!

Terrific knowledgeable local tour guides who had a great relationship with our Tour Director. When people ask me what my favorite destination was, it's impossible to pick one. They were all so interesting and unique.
