It was a fantastic tour and *Personal details removed by Feefo* was great with all his knowledge and experience. The only thing I would have liked was more shopping time in Florence on the last day. This is because we did all the extra tours and this left me with little time to purchase anything. Choice of 2 meals at included restaurants would be nice also.

Great staff and helpful answers on the phone when booking. This is a fast paced and tightly booked trip. You get to see a lot. Not much time for relaxing and shopping. The staff helped me personalize the trip by coordinating tickets for a separate excursion. Thank you *Personal information removed by Feefo*! I have some food allergies and the staff worked hard to help try to keep me safe. Our hotel in Rome even made me special dish!

This is a fast paced trip with a different location every day. You will see all of the sights of Northern Italy. We had free time daily as well as optional extra experiences. Our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the history of all of the places and kept us entertained with stories, local tidbits, and culture. She truly cared about our total experience including safety and entertainment. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was also very organized and we really didn't have to worry about anything. The bus was comfortable and we enjoyed the scenery of the countryside. Overall it was a great trip that I would recommend.

Rome, Venice, Florence Italian Holiday. The Trafalgar service was good. This was our first Trafalgar trip. We enjoyed the trip. Still deciding if we would do it again. Our guide, *Personal details removed by Feefo*, was great. As was our driver, Pier Luigi. The itinerary was wonderful! We were able to see a lot of sights that were important to us. We wish we would have received the daily time line sooner than we did. We received it four days ahead of our departure. Maybe we were naive but we did not expect to have to have our bags outside of our hotel room every morning by 6:45am. That was stressful to us, especially since we were on vacation. The tours move at a fast pace which allowed us to see a lot. The hours spent on the bus were ridiculous! Most of the hotels were acceptable. The trip was advertised as all air conditioned hotel rooms and while they may have air conditioning, in mid October they will not turn it on. It was way too warm to sleep comfortably. The Novotel Hotel was HOT. The TV didn't work and I wanted to call the front desk to ask about the TV the phone didn't work. The dinner they provided was completely unacceptable. All in all it was a nice trip. Time will decide if we use Trafalgar again.

Italy with two teenage granddaughters. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a very informative and added a bit of humor and personal comments to our trip locations, We traveled with two teenage grand daughters and they enjoyed the trip and locations visited. Great tour, but too many tourist since it was month of August when most Europeans have month of holiday. If known we would have booked a month or two earlier or later.

An awesome tour of beautiful Italy! Trafalgar definitely gives you the best bang for your buck. We had a group of 11 and they made the experience seamless and fun, with extra care to ensure that our group had hotel rooms close together and dining all together, etc.. Having a company that plans all of the details for us made our vacation carefree - we will definitely be booking with Trafalgar again! This trip was a great value for the money. We saw so many more cities and sites then we could have seen on our own and our tour director, *Personal information removed by Feefo* and driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo* were the best. They took care of all of the details so that we could relax and enjoy our vacation! This was actually our second time taking this tour and we had so much fun, that we would definitely do it again!

Once-In-a-Lifetime Exhilarating & Enriching Experience. The service was highly impeccable and thoroughly enjoyable. All this was made possible by not only the Trafalgar company, but its stellar staff, such as the wonderfully talented, insightfully fun and attentive to all our needs tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo*, and our careful and steadily guiding driver *Personal information removed by Feefo*. I could not recommend this holiday tour package by Trafalgar to my family, friends and all those who are interested in exploring new sights enough. A commendable effort, thank you all again so much for the superbly delightful experience! Perfect itinerary.

Italian Holiday. In my opinion, compared to other groups that we saw, we were extremely happy with our tour guide and local guides. *Personal details removed by Feefo* were awesome. Local guides in first hotel (check in at 3:00pm regardless if the rooms are ready), very poor customer service.*Personal details removed by Feefo* and evening with dinner (pick another restaurant, the food was not worth anywhere close to what we paid, very disappointing). *Personal details removed by Feefo*, shorten the time with the local guide, while she was very passionate about her city, it left us with no free time. Overall, extremely happy with the amount of things that we saw and did. Very quick pace, but loved the details given the amount of time.

Best Trip to Italy that I have ever been on! Have every tour director be like *Personal information removed by Feefo*! She took care of everyone and made sure that we were with the group at all times and put safeguards in places that were needed. See a lot of beautiful countryside and cities in Italy in a short amount of time. Our Tour Director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was the best ever. She took care of everyone's needs, caring and organized. The meals included were tasty. Every detail was taken care of on this trip.
