The perfect whirlwind adventure! The service throughout the tour was exceptional! Our travel director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was knowledgeable, organized, and full of enthusiasm, making each destination come alive. The transportation was smooth, accommodations comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully planned. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. The 7-day guided tour of Italy was an absolute delight! Though brief, it offered a rich and unforgettable taste of this beautiful country. High paced but every day was packed with culture, history, and fun. A truly inspiring journey that left me wanting more!

Italian Vacation 2025! *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our guide, was very knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. She went above and beyond to take care of everyone. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our driver, was excellent also. Whoever booked us in that Novotel should have to spend a week there. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was concerned when I showed her the pictures of our room. It was too fast paced; there needs to be more time to explore the cities. Our tour guide and driver were outstanding, however. One of the hotels, the Novotel, was unsatisfactory. I would never knowingly book a hotel that unclean. The last hotel somewhat made up for it. It was fantastic. The meals that came with the tour should have been better. Sliced turkey that looked processed was served at an Italian restaurant. I was expecting good local cuisine. I could have had better for a fraction of what we were charged. The part that was most unsatisfactory was when the itinerary was changed. We were in Rome a few days before the tour began, and I had already bought a tour of the coliseum before the Trafalgar tour; then I found out that it was now part of the itinerary, so we ended up seeing it twice instead of St. Peter's, which I didn't get to see except for the outside. Though Venice, Verona, and Florence were short whirlwind stops, we did experience the most famous parts.

Martin Stockton - Traveled, April 2025
Italian whirlwind Tour Director was very good. He could have provided commentary on the coach a little more often. As an example, he could have told us something about Orvieto as we passed it on the main highway to Venice. They squeeze in as much as possible in a short time. Overall, good value for the money. Hotels were fine. Group size still too large. Would benefit from smaller numbers. Breakfasts were fine, but zero choice on included dinners, which was disappointing.

The service was fine. Good trip but it all happened too fast. A little more time at the locations and not getting up at 6am everyday would be nice.

Well organized trips. The tours are well organized and we always feel safe and well taken care of. Tour directors are knowledgeable and provide tips and information to help us. Always enjoy the unique guest experience. Very busy itinerary but saw all the main sites. Tour director and bus driver were excellent. Was disappointed in the hotels we stayed in, did not feel that they were up to the normal standards that we expected from Trafalgar.
