We had an excellent trip. Our tour guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was outstanding, always professional. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our bus driver, did a great job getting us from place to place, and on time. While our tour itinerary was compact, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Trafalgar's service was exceptional! They really try to make your experience a memorable one! We were able to visit Rome, Venice, Verona, Pisa and Florence. Our Tour Guide gave us so much history on all of these areas and she coordinated everything seamlessly! My trip was a great experience! The bus driver was the best and our Tour Guide went above and beyond my expectations! My trip, the Italian Holiday, offered many optional tours which were mainly walking tours, so people should be aware of this when choosing their optional tours.

Learned a lot and saw a lot but the included dinners were sliced turkey or sliced pork and it was gross. Hotels were not close to the city's so there was not an option to walk somewhere to eat. We had the best travel guide ever Patrizia.

Trafalgar is a top notch travel service. I look forward to traveling with them again. This was my first guided tour. My tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was stupendous. She kept us busy and engaged. The tour made things I have learned throughout my life more real. It was more than worth it. I will definitely do it again but visiting other cities.

Timely, safe, and comfortable. Very fast paced, since I only had a week to travel it was great. The next time I travel to Italy I would like to stay in one area and venture out from there. Loved our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo*

The trip was great overall but few things to check: The hotels were 5 star type but do we need that for just 1 night? We could have got 4 star ones for 1 night stays too and trip cost would have reduced. There was no time to enjoy those high end hotels with pools sauna etc. Roman forum was eliminated, Trevino fountain (most important attraction) was given only 20 mins to check, optionals in Venice was given longer time and made in such a way that you can't skip because it was confusing where to meetup with group at end of optionals. So it was kind of push to buy those optionals. We could have stopped at any picturesque point of Tuscany. The itinerary could've been better. However the tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* and driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* were excellent which made me give this trip a perfect score.
