It was BELLISSIMO! Through timely communication and good pricing. Alorra, The tour was great; despite the jubilee crowds we were able to see everything outlined mostly due to *Personal information removed by Feefo* the director and *Personal information removed by Feefo* the driver keeping the tour on point. They took care of us like family. We had a very good group of folks which helped a lot. The local specialists were excellent. The hotels we stayed in varied in age but were very clean, hot water and at least had elevators (except for Lido). The breakfasts were buffets catering to a wide audience which was fine. The included and optional meals were excellent. It should be stressed that this tour is not for folks with health or mobility issues. The amount of walking; particularly challenging inclines of 25deg +, and cobblestones particularly in the medieval towns is understated. Stairs are the only real option in most of the older sites as elevators are very limited. My wife's apple watch counted us in excess of 50 miles (not km) walking and climbing for the duration of the tour. As originally stated in my first review, the optional experiences are really not optional if you want to fully capture the flavor of where you are. They are pricey and my only comparison is to cruise excursions which in many cases are overpriced and not worth it. So, in fairness i do not know the actual cost per person for these options so I won't say they are or are not worth the cost. In closing, I think i can speak for everyone that the tour's success was due to *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo*. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was well organized, funny and caring, *Personal information removed by Feefo* handling of the bus on some of those ridiculous Italian roads was masterful and a magician with getting luggage to and from. As i stated in my first review. if Trafalgar runs a tour on the moon and *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* are running it... WE WILL BE THERE. Ciao.

Our driver was fantastic. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our tour guide, did a great job giving information about each region we visited. She provided little treats along the way that made the experience extra special. The whole experience was over all wonderful. My 2 suggestions: 1: go to Florence on any day but Monday. 2 of the most famous museums in Italy are in Florence and both are closed on Mondays. My tour was there on a Monday. 2: give more time in Pompeii to have free time. My tour was only there for about an hour and we literally ran through it with the local tour guide. When we arrived everyone needed to use the restroom and the one we could use had only 4 total stalls. We wasted A LOT of time for everyone to use the bathroom before we could start the tour with the local guide. Going to Pompeii was one of the things I was most looking forward to and left very frustrated that so little time was allotted for us to be there. I would have gladly left very early in the morning to arrive sooner to that location.

My Italy Experience! I was impressed by the fact that the local tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects. In Rome our local tour guide was *Personal information removed by Feefo*. She was fantastic! A situation arose while we were visiting the Coleseum. A young woman lost something very important to her and was almost hysterical. *Personal information removed by Feefo* quickly managed the situation, instructing the rest of the group to wait for her at a particular spot while she helped the young woman to search for the item and calm down. Unfortunately and as expected the item was not found. But, *Personal information removed by Feefo* handled the situation with patience and compassion. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and showed much empathy for a fellow traveller who got sick on the tour and had to go to a local hospital. It was, for those of us who are seniors, comforting to know that if such a situation arose for us on a Trafalgar trip we would not be left without support. Thank you *Personal information removed by Feefo* for being so kind and caring! This was a wonderful trip. In ten days we saw so, so much. The hotels were top of the line and the tour guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo* was the best. He went above and beyond in my opinion to ensure that everyone enjoyed this trip. I have taken two other Trafalgar Tours in Ireland but for me this was a trip of a life time and I would highly recommend Trafalgar Tours to anyone wanting a stress free vacation.
