*Personal information removed by Feefo* was an excellent tour guide. I would have liked to get to the changing of the guards earlier, difficult to see. The London hotel was lovely. Great location. Unfortunately the bathroom was not clean when we checked in. There was matted hair stuck to the wall and mold in the corners of shower. Staff at the Paris hotel were not friendly, except for one tall gentleman who helped us navigate the tram. Best experiences were Westminster Abbey and going up in Eiffel tower ( an extra experience that Eve helped us arrange) I thought the special speakers were good. All provided meals were good, although the staff at the goodbye dinner were rude and rushed us through our meal. Eve was helpful in arranging vegan options for people in my party. I would definately travel with Trafalgor again.

My husband and I were so impressed with our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* and of course *Personal information removed by Feefo* , our bus driver! *Personal information removed by Feefo* was delightful and so knowledgeable about both countries! Her French was flawless! We look forward to our next adventure with Trafalgar

London and Paris trip. Warm, friendly and knowledgeable. This was my second international trip with Trafalgar and I can recommend them without hesitation. So many wonderful sights and tours of iconic, historical places were included. Excellent information and background given by both the tour director and local specialists made this so memorable.

Spring break trip. The customer experience could be greatly improved with the simple addition of an interactive app for the trip. MyTrafalgar is nothing special. It claims that an itinerary and travel docs would be posted and they never were. With an app, the itinerary could be shared, it could have messaging capabilities, and the ability to selected optional experiences with a safe, protected payment The itinerary was great. *Personal information removed by Feefo* the Travel Director was wonderful. We enjoyed all of the optional experiences that we had, packing a lot of highlights into the trip. I would have liked less travel from London to Paris by taking the train vs a ferry. So much time spent in transit when we could have been in a city. The welcome dinner was just ok. The Be Our Guest dinner wasn’t great. The Tower Hotel in London was an AMAZING location but a bad hotel. My room had mold on the ceiling above the shower. It also was a dockside room. Not an issue in itself but became one during some sort of clean when the smell of sewage wafted into the room for hours. The hotel in Paris was very comfortable but the location was so far out of the way it was not ideal. component.

Another Awesome Trafalgar Adventure. We have used them 3 times and would undoubtedly use them again. A little more expensive but well worth it. Great itinerary and optional experiences. Travel Director and Bus Driver were top notch.

This is the third trip we have taken with Trafalgar. The previous trips were above five ratings. However, this was so disorganized. I’m afraid we are finished traveling with Trafalgar and will be looking for a different company to travel with.

We felt that the tour was better once we got to Paris. Things seemed rushed and we didn't get to see enough of the sights in London that we could have. Having more time in certain areas like Bath and getting out of the coach traveling around London would have been more beneficial. As far as Paris, we thought the experience was much better. We felt we saw more and had more time to explore the city. Our guide Patricia and coach driver Steph were both amazing. The accommodations and the dining were out of this world. In the end, we would like to suggest more time out of the coach when seeing the big sights.
