The perfect 3-city trip.*Personal information removed by Feefo* (the TD) was information packed, always friendly and smiling, and accessible. She made the trip easy. *Personal information removed by Feefo*(the driver) is the ultimate professional. Always safe, on-time, and provided a comfortable ride. Excellent mix of extraordinary excursions and free time. This was my first Trafalgar trip but it won't be my last. The Prague Vienna Budapest itinerary gave us all the highlights, in-depth excursions with local tour guides, and time to explore the cities on our own. The tour director ( *Personal information removed by Feefo*) was extremely informative, helpful and friendly. We can't wait for our nest Trafalgar experience.

You can't go wrong with Trafalgar. Professional bus driver, clean coach, wonderful excursion choices, and informed local guides. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was very professional, helpful, caring, and prepared for each day. She is a superb trip guide. No surprise, the tour guides in each city were excellent. The trip was well planned and we were always informed of the day's itinerary and given times to meet. The hotels were top notch, with our favorite being the Budapest Crowne Plaza because of the buffet breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and efficient, not to mention the wonderful selection of fresh fruit and juices and multiple food choices. One of our favorite excursions was the Danube dinner cruise with the lovely buffet dinner. My favorite museum for any city would be the Fine Arts museum in Vienna. The Vienna concert with classical music, opera, and ballet was also enjoyed by all. The chosen excursions were all great choices. Three cheers for Trafalgar!

A Heartfelt Trip Through Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Trafalgar's service was super. We got an email about a week before the tour from the travel guide who would be traveling with us, as well as regular communications from Trafalgar, telling us everything we needed to know. Communication between AAA, who we used to book the trip, and Trafalgar, was seamless. Unlike most of our other group travel experiences, this 10 day trip through three cities in Europe shined because we really jelled as a group, and that was largely due to the wonderful tone set by our great overall Trafalgar trip guide *Personal information removed by Feefo*. He set up a way for all of us to communicate online with each other during the duration of the trip, kept us gently organized, and set realistic expectations, while routinely exceeding them. When one of members of the group unfortunately took ill for a day, he guided them personally through everything they needed in the city we were visiting, seamlessly delegating guidance to our local guide without a hiccup. A week after the trip, many of us decided to stay touch with each other. Summary: an unusually fun and meaningful trip.

I’d Do It All Over Again! Great travel company. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was Great travel director. The itinerary is well thought of, adequately spaced and enough to explore each destination. All hotels are great, with good breakfast selections, and easily accesible to public transportation. Excellent! Excellent itinerary. I would have liked better communication than with only what’s app and many people, including me, miss name tags.
