Super Trip! We were well taken care of and our group was very friendly and compatible. We just wish the we could have the opportunity to know in advance another tour she might be leading so that we could plan on being on that tour.

Great time in the Canadian Rockies! Our bus was very nice. We had a lot of leg room. Our bus driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was great. He got us where we were going on time. He had a great attitude and was a lot of fun. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our tour guide, was fabulous. She was very responsive and there was truly no problem that she could not solve. The itinerary was great. I was able to see the various sites that I wanted to see.

Great guide & driver. Better communication from Trafalgar needed. Trafalgar provided an outstanding tour guide in Paula Cook and a wonderful driver, Greg. We had a fun and informative tour. The only reason for the less than outstanding rating was that Trafalgar itself did not provide advance notice of the Jasper cancellation. Any information that affects the tour itinerary should be provided to the paid customers as soon as Trafalgar is aware of the issue. Great guide and driver made the trip a winner! Although Jasper was dropped from our trip due to damage from recent wild fires, we had an excellent Canadian Rockies experience. The loss of Jasper came as a huge surprise when we arrived. Trafalgar had not provided advance notice. Our wonderful tour experience was 100% due to the excellent work of our guide, Paula Cook, who found outstanding alternative sites and experiences for us to enjoy, She saved the trip!

Our Canadian Rockies trip! This was our third Trafalgar trip and we are already planning next years. Our driver and tour director were both great! We made lots of new friends and memories. Wonderful trip and should be on your bucket lists if you haven’t been yet! Breathtaking scenery around every turn. Excellent accommodations. Well worth the cost of admission!

A once in a lifetime experience! Every detail is taken care of for you! The driver and guide were part of our group- not just employees. Canada is a must see. Our guide and driver were 5 star; we had a great overview of western Canada-the scenery, people, culture and activities. The glacier experience was a once in a lifetime experience. Spend time in Calgary-the library and music museum are fascinating.

Fun Filled Canadian Rockies Journey! Very knowledgeable & personable Tour Director — fun loving & someone you trust to be in charge! Knows her way around the country. Bus driver did a great job maneuvering bus around in tricky places & always prompt for pickups! Friendly & kind too. Lodging was great & special treats were given to us as a surprise for our 50th — very nice touch! We thought maybe 1 or 2 additional dinners might’ve been included on our trip, even though the ones they had were nice. Fires had spread through Jasper National Park near the beginning of our trip, so we were disappointed not to be able to tour that part of the Canadian Rockies we so looked forward to seeing. But *Personal information removed by Feefo* & her Trafalgar team did their best to reroute us to other beautiful sites & were very resourceful in continuing our amazing tour despite this hiccup. We were lucky enough to extend our stay in beautiful Banff 2 days, which was great since we could get in extra hikes & a day tour of Yoho National Park, so those were bonuses! Both *Personal information removed by Feefo* & *Personal information removed by Feefo* made our bus rides so much fun, & *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a wealth of information & accommodated everyone’s needs. Highly recommend all the amazing sites we saw! Get to really know the Rockies! Our tour guide had to be creative and she did. The bus that was supposed to take us to glasher national park broke down .she came up with a solution and saved the day. Our tour guide made it fun.the accommodations were great. The bus and driver were what you would hope for and we got it.

Great trip enjoyed it trememously! The restaurants were great and the golonda ride was fun and the first nation plant walk and first nation blackfoot mariah was great. The very challenging times with the Jasper wildfire left us wondering if the trip was going ahead before we travelled 27 hours to Canada. The correspondence from Trafalgar before we left was somewhat fragmented. Emails went to Europe site and no replies from Trafalgar Canada until the outstanding Travel Director *Personal information removed by Feefo* sent information. Covers a vast area of the beautiful Rockies.

Your of the Canadian Rockies! Our tour guide, Sheryl Galpin was the most amazing person I ever met. Her enthusiasm was contagious to the entire tour group. And her knowledge of the area is underpassed. Out driver, Greg, was most patient with all the traffic as well as safe and accurate menuvering of the coach. He was interesting to talked to and truly enjoyed engaging with your participants. Very busy schedule, but necessary to get in all the sights. Enjoyed Painted Warrior experience. However their facility was not designed for 32 people all at one time. Plus three hours of round trip travel time could have been better spent going to Buffalo Jump, Head Smash and spending more time in Waterton. While the sandwich we had at St. Mary was good the facility and especially the bathroom were no good. Our tour guide and driver did a wonderful job keeping us on schedule and with the tour we were able to get close to all the popular spots like Moraine lake and Lake Louise. The hotels we stayed at were all very nice. It was unfortunate we could not go to Jasper but everyone on the tour understood and felt terrible for the residents loss. We hope to get back to the Canadian Rockies in the future and see Jasper rebuilt.

It was some of the most beautiful country I have seen. Great tour guide and driver. A few days were a little long of a bus ride. I would love to do the train ride thru part of Canada. Loved the people and their sense of humor. I’m very glad I took this trip.

Rockies with missing Jasper. Service and tour Director Sheryl was excellent. She assisted us with the missing luggage that we did not get for four days. She put her heart in showing her beautiful country Canada. She pointed out all the wildlife and took pride in her work and worked very hard. The itinerary of the Secrets of Rockies was good but ae we know about the wildfires of Jasper, there was a dent in our Itinerary. We had planned and chosen this itinerary and were very excited to travel but without visiting Jasper. How would you compensate us so we have opportunity or other options to fulfill our dream vacation. We had paid full price and very expensive trip, we would like to get back the cost of Jasper travel. Our extended stay in Banff from Fairmont to Art centre was disaster with smelly rooms. I would like to get back the amount for Jasper which we did not go. .Hoping we settle soon on this matter.
