Meet some of the students and learn from the resident chef how to make paella, one of Spain's most iconic dishes, before devouring your delicious creation for dinner.
Vermouth is a fortified wine, historically made to be either sweet or dry, and is flavoured with herbs, spices, citrus, and sugar. Spanish Vermouth is typically sweet and red but dry white vermouth can be found there as well.
