Glamor of Italy. The biggest thing is how each and everyone was treated. I felt like a queen. Caring people, also a lot of fun and so full of knowledge. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a great tour guide. Our driver was incredible. My only recommendation would be to have bottled water on the bus. Yes we were told to bring a water bottle, personally I do not like to carry one, I have enough of my camera and personal stuff. I would have love to have a water available when I returned to the bus after a tour. Hotel choices were great, the one that is lowest on my list was actually the one in Palermo. It was ok but after the elegance of the other hotels it was a bit of a disappointment. Location was good. The tours were great, the specialists were knowledgeable and interesting, but for me a bit too much detail as far as historical dates. I guess at times I just felt ," just tell me what i am seeing" The last thing I have to say, "Where am I going next??" Great job to all involved, you made a life dream a reality. Yes, it was my first trip to Europe and you made it extra special. They say when you come home content and tired, you've had a good trip. Then let me tell you I had a great trip. I loved the optional choices, I did them all!

Highly Recommend Trafalgar *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our tour director, took very good care of my special requests. Traveling to Sicily I knew many meals would feature fish and seafood which I do not eat. He arranged with the restaurants to prepare meals that I would enjoy and they were fantastic! I think my travel companions were a little jealous of some of my meals. I chose to travel with Trafalgar because their itinerary included more of what I wanted to see. We visited so many beautiful places and learned so much! It is a fast paced itinerary which is want I wanted.

Great Guide and Driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a fabulous. Tour Guide and *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a great driver! The trip was great except for the quality some of the hotels we stay at. Bathrooms were not clean and bedding in one hotel was dirty and ripped. Also bathrooms were not safe, bathtubs were slippery and hard to get in to.

Lovely Italy and hilly Sicily .Very nice selection of hotels. Great tour guide. Just be warned that Sicily is hilly! Lots of uphill walks to get to sites. Bring lots of water! Great range of stops and tours. Tourists should be notified, though, that at times the walking will be arduous.

The service was very good. Our tour guide was very organized and prompt. Our luggage was always brought to our rooms quickly. With Whats up our guide posted great reminders for the next d was definitely different than visiting north Italy last year. Travelling down you could tell the difference in landscape. Our experiences were quaint and more like how the Italians really live. Food was such a culinary delight to try all the different pasta, seafood & pastries. Capri & the Amalfi coast were stunning. Truly loved the information the local specialist added to our sightseeing!

Wonderful service, and the driver did an amazing job navigating all of the narrow roads and traffic on our trip. Please see the previous response for my comments on the Tour Director. This was our 12th tour with Trafalgar, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of amazing scenery, such as Sorrento, Positano, the Amalfi coast, Pompeii, Mt Vesuvius, an erupting Mt. Etna, and lovely sites on Sicily. The one item that surprised my wife and I is that the Tour Director did not share any specialty items like sweets from any of the areas like on every other tour. In fact, one of the couples on the tour bought some candies to share with the group. In addition, the Tour Director did not recognize any of the group that had previously taken Trafalgar tours with a small gift as we’ve received on previous trips.

Southern Italy. Everyone was great all the locals were great and gave us time to take pictures. Our guide and driver were exceptional. We would go with Alfonso and Tito again they were great. All the options were excellent. The local guides walked at a slow pace giving us time to take pictures. Our guide Alfonso and our driver Tito were great. We would take a tour with them anytime.
