Our tour guide made this trip very memorable with my family. Trafalgar I believe over charged for our hotels and air fare. The service of our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* and bus driver*Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent! A true benefit to the trip also was having the local tour guides. The itinerary was fantastic in Spain, Morocco, and Portugal and so was our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo*. He gave us so much information on each of the countries and cities we were in. What a benefit to have someone with such great knowledge and experience and so caring. Our bus driver *Personal information removed by Feefo*was an expert at driving through some very tight areas with some crazy drivers. I truly appreciated his driving skills and he greeted my family everyday with a smile. Both *Personal information removed by Feefo*and *Personal information removed by Feefo*represented Trafalgar well. I had a wonderful experience traveling with both *Personal information removed by Feefo*and *Personal information removed by Feefo*. Trafalgar could have done a better job choosing some of the hotels we stayed in. We were under the impression they would be 4-star hotels and some were more like 3-star or less. This would be an area of improvement for Trafalgar.

In Good Hands. I think our tour guide ************* who was always so professional pleasant, funny, knowledgeable and PREPARED. I think the Trafalgar service with respect to tour guides and drivers were all top notch. The local tour guides were all very pleasant. I have already told my brother to start saving so we can go on another adventure with Trafalgar. This was my first time traveling to Europe and also traveling with a group. Besides losing my phone, the experience was amazing, and I am so thankful to our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* who was always so pleasant, funny, knowledgeable and PREPARED. He gave me guidance to where I could purchase a new phone, and was always attentive to everyone's questions and needs. *Personal information removed by Feefo* made sure we always knew what was coming up next. He made sure the group was already ready to go. I was most impressed on how he got us prepared to load the ferry from Spain to Morocco. We had zero issues because he got us there early and made sure we all had our passports. There was one couple who was very elderly and he really took care of them. It was very special to see that kind of care. We had some very challenging travelers within our group who seemed to never be pleased; complained about local guides who were doing an amazing job, but *Personal information removed by Feefo* always handled the situation like a complete gentleman. Our driver was great too! I am still amazed at how he was able to maneuver around the roads of Morocco, with such ease. The places we visited were stunning to me so full of beauty and culture. I loved Alhambra, and want to go back Sevilla. It was great to see the El Greco painting in Toledo, and walking Grenada in the evening when the locals were out was fun. The flamenco show was incredible! I also loved the Tapas exertion that Rafael took us on. Everyone was so happy, and even our elderly couple got up and danced! It was very touching. I had a lot of adventures on my trip and I can't wait to do it again with Trafalgal.

A long and comprehensive tour that left us wanting more. What truly set this tour apart was our Tour Director's personal and thoughtful approach. From the small gestures like the delicious Portuguese tarts to the thoughtful gift at the end of the journey, the attention to detail and genuine care made a lasting impression. *Personal information removed by Feefo* consistently went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a great time, and handled individual challenges privately and compassionately, making sure all felt supported and included. Leading a group of over 40 travellers—diverse in age, background, and physical ability—is no small task, yet our *Personal information removed by Feefo* managed it with exceptional professionalism, empathy, and grace. His ability to keep everyone punctual, informed, and engaged throughout such a complex itinerary was truly impressive. Not once were we held up due to lateness, which speaks volumes about his clear communication and respectful leadership. The logistical challenge of crossing the Strait of Gibraltar with such a large group was handled seamlessly, thanks to his meticulous planning and calm coordination. It was a moment that could have easily become stressful, but under his guidance, it was smooth and well-organised. *Personal information removed by Feefo* had in-depth knowledge of each destination, which added immense value to the journey. The insights he shared—especially in Seville—were rich, engaging, and deeply personal, elevating the experience far beyond the standard tour. His ability to tailor your commentary to the interests of the group made every stop feel meaningful and memorable.

Spain, Portugal, & Morocco: What a fantastic experience! It was phenomenal, form the tour director, to the driver, to the local guides and national guide for Morocco. Also, the various venues and hotel staffs routinely went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable experience for all. This trip was as educational as it was relaxing! Mr. *personal info removed by Feefo* was a fantastic tour directory. He was organized, attentive to the needs of the travelers, professional in his service, and an overall provider of an excellent experience. He should be rewarded for his due diligence in the above endeavors. I would recommend him and Trafalgar to anyone interested in a tripe to Southwestern Europe and North Africa. Sincerely, *personal info removed by Feefo*.

Main driver was extremely experienced and felt safe at all times as well with the second driver who came during the last day of the trip. The itinerary felt quite fast-paced, with very early morning starts each day. I would have appreciated a bit more free time to explore independently, particularly more time at the beach in Marbella. Additionally, unlike previous trips I’ve taken, this one required us to follow assigned seating on the coach and carry our own small luggage—both of which were unexpected.

The trip covered a long journey between the three countries. Too many optional excursions. Some optional excursions are the main features of the local region and could have been included in the tour. The Horse Farm visit in Portugal could have been replaced with other main features of Portugal.

Great countries and sites but Trafalgar? Our driver (the middle one as we had three) Jose was amazing. Always courteous and there to assist people alighting from the bus. Our local guides were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the whisperers were great, especially in large areas as there were 48 in our group!! The sights we visited were amazing and the food and optional experiences were amazing: flamenco, horses and walled cities. Some days were mainly spent travelling but is to be expected when travelling across 3 countries. Our Tour leader however, became painful with his continuously repeated instructions to the point where one of travelling companions placed a chair against his room door to stop the pickpockets from entering his room. He displayed a lack of apparent care with my dietary requirement (gluten intolerance) to the point where he told me that it was my job to remind him with supplied meals (I learnt how to say gluten free in three languages) and he would disappear when we stopped at service stations for lunch. Be aware that our Moroccan guide (mandatory) also applied pressure on passengers to purchase rugs to the point where some were extremely upset and angry. I would encourage people to travel to these three amazing countries, but would hesitate to recommend Trafalgar.
