This evening, join your fellow travelers and Travel Director for an orientation drive followed by dinner.

Head to Toledo, the former capital of Spain, where you will join a Local Specialist for a walking tour of this city that dates back to Roman times. You'll visit a traditional factory and Dive into Culture, witnessing the age-old inlaid-steel craft, before seeing one of El Greco's most famous paintings in the Church of Santo Tomé – 'The Burial of the Count of Orgaz'. You'll also visit the synagogue, before returning to Madrid to admire the exterior of the Royal Palace and Cibeles Fountain with your Local Specialist. Spend the evening on your own, or delve into the sights and flavors of Spain's capital with an Optional Experience.

Spanish Funder Trafalgar kept us informed throughout provided prompt answers and made all travel and hotel stays smooth. Our tour guide was available throughout the trip and helpful with coordinating our transfers, boarding tix etc. This trip is a great look at current Spanish life in the capitol Madrid and cosmopolitan Barcelona to historic virtually untouched cities from the Moors and Celts etc. of Toledo and Cordoba. Along the way beautiful Seville and Valencia the Med coast and views of the snowy Sierra Nevada mountains You'll see cave dwellings (still lived in) and visit an olive farm as well for dinner Highly recommend p.s. Will be taking another trip soon. The tour director and coach driver were outstanding. Kept us informed of every detail. The history was outstanding and so interesting. The hotels and food very good. Excellent tour. The tour director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, and coach driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, went over and beyond expectations. I only wished we had another day in Seville. One night was not enough. My husband and I have traveled many times (nine). They do take excellent care of you and your every need. We will travel again with Trafalgar.

The itinerary is good but for me I just want to see different places with little or BRIEF introduction only… I felt discussion to us with regards the places we went were too long so it somewhat bored me… however our tour director, *********** is excellent… he is very patient, he’s very caring to our group… he always wears that smile in his face to brighten the day… repetitious with reminders to us but unfortunately, one in our group have a bag stolen at breakfast area in one of the hotels we’re in

Spanish Wonder Fun! Both our host, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, and our coach driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, were great. Our local tour guides were mostly very good too. The coach was comfortable and modern. It was very good although very focused on churches and palaces and not on examining the work of Gaudi, beyond pointing out sites. There were 2 long drives of 6 hours during the day. If you are not in good physical health you would find this tour difficult at times because there is a lot of walking and steps.

Spain was a dream come true! The service was exceptional! I felt safe at all times and all the excursions were fantastic. The entire trip was magical! I visited amazing places and learned from local guides. My experience was exceptional. Our tour director was thorough, detailed oriented, and friendly. Our driver was safe and made me feel welcomed.
