Very good, our travel directors *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* at New Zealand were both great! It’s good, a lot of flying to cross cities but effectively reach your next destination earlier. We like the trip that’s included like Great Barrier Reef, tour at Sydney to see Opera House and around the river. At New Zealand around Queenstown was beautiful. The only thing going to Glenorchy I think is expensive for $199 each to be brought in place of shooting Lord of the Rings but just green forestry but we wore some costumes. Visit to Le Pia and Maori Village was great to see close up Geothermal ground.

Both of the guides live in the respective countries we toured with them so they were extremely knowledgeable about everything. They gave us great recommendations and interesting facts.

The tour guides are fantastic. While in Australia I asked trafalgar for some help with airline flites. Trafalgar was most helpful. The itinerary for Australia was excellent. The time spent in cairns was the best day ever for me! New Zealand was great! Wish I could have spent more time with the Maori people. I was very pleased with all the hotels we stayed. I do not expect 4 or 5 star accommodations on a trip like this. All I ask for is a clean room. People in our group were complaining about the last hotel we stayed in New Zealand! Who cares!! I call them pilgrimage hotels. Tour groups come and go. I loved everything about the trip

Professional, knowledgeable and safe. Variety of locations and activities was outstanding. The included activities were informative and a comfortable pace for the varied activity level of participants. Optional events were spaced well throughout the tour to allow for “rest” days of desired. The separate guides for Australia and New Zealand were fantastic! Each had wonderful, easy going personalities and the ability to make everyone feel comfortable and included.

Guides were excellent, friendly knowledgeable and interesting. Arranged transportation, air and coach, were dependable, on time and safe. Very interesting combination of places visiting. Learning about native people was interesting. New Zealand, South Island is the most beautiful place I've ever seen. I worked with AAA, in selecting this tour from a selection of four different packages. *Personal information removed by Feefo* at AAA was very familiar with the packages.

Very good trip. Lots more to do and see in Australia. I'd prefer to spend more time in Australia and maybe 3-4 days in New Zealand. It's beautiful/scenic but not as good for activities and the cities were not so good.

The reps I spoke to before the trip told me that I would have 1 travel director and 1 bus driver for both countries; and that I had to provide gratuities with Australian money; I had a different travel director in each country, and various bus drivers. I was also told by 3 reps that I could use Australian money in New Zealand, which I found out was incorrect; New Zealand does not accept Australian money. It highlighted some of the best parts of both countries.

The tour director's knowledge and help with accommodations made our stay fun. They worked all the issues real time. The bus drivers were right on time and we never had to wait or any issues on the road. I enjoyed the experience and the awesome things we did. The tour directors and bus drivers were spectacular and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about Australia and New Zealand. The only thing I didn't like was the hotel accommodations in Auckland at the Millennium Hotel. The hotel was very outdated, and the room smelled like sulfa.

A couple of the hotel selections could have been better (Rotorua and Cairns). At the price point of the tour, I would have expected more of the optional excursions to be part of price.
