The tour leader did a great job easing our way through some local challenges, for example paying for toilets, for photos with some locals and negotiating prices.

Pricey as compared with other companies so for the price I would say it's good itinerary wise but expect better on ground hotels and maintenance of these properties should be checked out by the company before they keep their guests there. Transport and transfer of luggage was good and the driver and tour director were very disciplined and helpful as much as possible. The tour covers most major parts of the country but would have been spectacular if it had included Chefchaouen instead of Al Jadeeda! Another highlight could have been an optional stay at a tent in the Sahara desert where we visited but stayed at local Xaluca resort The hotels were touted as 4 star but not as much maintained except for the Movenpick in Marrakech. Food was local flavors of the Tahjin style with subtle flavors. The driver was excellent, polite and always on time. Our tour director was a seasoned professional who made effort to keep the tour alive but was not always easy to understand and though was knowledgeable about his country, I would have liked more information about the various parts of the country, its culture and local history rather than just multiple picturesque spots that we stopped at.

Most of your time is spent on the bus. Jumping off to take photos. Casablanca is terrible. The mosque and Rick's Cafe are the only things to see. Very diverse landscape which was good. We missed a few good things to do because we weren't told about them.

Service rendered by the Malaysian agent CIT is excellent, the best I have experienced thus far. I'm booked on a few other Insight Vac Tours this year through CIT . 80% of the travel scenery is desert conditions. There is not much of historical insights compared to Turkey and Egypt for examples. 5Star hotels in Morocco lag in service, cleanliness, comfort n food selection in same brand hotel in other cities Optional meals offered through Insight Vacation must be reviewed as the quality of food and entertainment are of generally poor, hence expensive and not value for money. There is room for improvement.

Well planned tours and beautiful Hotels. Beautiful place to visit. The hotels were incredible (most with pools), and the food was great. We all thought there was too much pressure to make purchases at the carpet factory and tannery and the tour guide was involved in that. The tour guide had a thick accent which was often hard to understand. But all in all I would recommend this tour and destination.

Our 10-day Moroccan tour was an incredible experience! We fully immersed ourselves in the vibrant culture, and the food was absolutely amazing. For me, Essaouira and the Sahara Desert were definitely the highlights of the trip-both unforgettable in their own way. I'd highly recommend arriving a day early to get settled before the tour starts. Our hotel in Casablanca did not allow early checking, so plan accordingly. Also, some of our tour mates had issues with lost luggage so I would recommend bringing some clothes, toiletries and medicine in your carry on. We were lucky to have *Personal information removed by Feefo* as our tour guide, as well as perfect weather the entire time, which made everything even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

*Personal information removed by Feefo* is the very best tour guide I have ever met. His attention to the individual and sometimes a little odd wishes of his group, his endless good humour even when sternly admonishing latecomers, something he only had to do once, and his clear passion for his country mark him as exceptional. He would make a superb politician! He already makes a superb tour guide. While exhaustive given the time, the itinerary did not allow any free time in locations offering opportunity to 'graze', wander shuks or explore even briefly locations where at least I would have really valued the chance to free range. Free time was at pre-selected restaurants often remotely located from villages and the only shopping offerings were in designated leather, carpet or ceramic etc locations. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our fabulous tour guide, needs to be commended however on his capacity to herd us cats and to project the warmth and indeed passion he feels for his country. His breadth of knowledge, his superb English amongst other languages and his tireless attention to detail make him a wonderful advertisement for your brand.

It was a tour that showed us what Morocco is all about. We saw bustling cities & a small town where people lived in caves. We also got to visit a nomad family & see the way they live. I was impressed with their highway system. Good safe roads. Especially appreciated in the Atlas Mountains. Our hotels were all 5 star hotels & they were beautiful! Our tour guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo* was very knowledgeable & experienced. My only complaint is I never got my luggage. My whole trip, which was wonderful, was without my luggage!

I very much enjoyed this tour of Morocco. Our tour guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was great! He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions asked. He showed us the culture, which was one of the main things that interested me. I felt very satisfied with the places visited. The Sahara Desert was a highlight for me. Visiting the cave homes in Bhalil, stopping to visit a Nomad dwelling, drinking Moroccan tea, eating honey cakes and dates straight from the palm tree, and anything made in a tajine was delicious. Some of the hotels were not at the level you expect from Insight but, you have to remember Morocco is a third world country. Shopping is very limited. The Grand Mogador in Casablanca will not let you check in before 3PM so plan accordingly.

Great service on all activities. No complaints. Everything was wonderful. The whole tour and the leader. *Personal information removed by Feefo* loves his country and he loved us. He wanted to teach us as much as he could about Morocco. *Personal information removed by Feefo* cared about me as a person. He called everyone one morning and he called me the night before the trip started to see if I needed anything. He listened to me and followed through on the things we talked about. He made the trip so enjoyable for me as a single traveler. He is one of the best. One of my best trips ever. He kept us informed about everything going on. I wish him the best.
