Only the Spain & Portugal portion of this trip was worth it. Was so looking forward to Morocco but since it was scheduled during Ramadan, most everything was closed to us. Tour guide was amazing though! Went during Ramadan, everything in Morocco was closed for 5 days, very disappointed, did not get to see or do what was on the posted itinerary, was told prior to going it would only affect 1 day - not true. Spain & Portugal were amazing. This trip should never of been scheduled during Ramadan, waste of money on a very expensive trip.

Well organized itinerary and accommodations. Follow up on information. The amount of time spent each stop. Very informative places to see. Accommodation was excellent. Tour director organized well. Some places when meals on our own, poor food choices. Some places one night not enough.

Documentation was timely and accurate. I booked online myself and all went smoothly. The itinerary worked until we encountered the end of Ramadan in Marrakech. Planned itinerary items weren’t available but there was no contingency or replacement.

It was well-executed as to what was advertised, so good there. A nice overview of 3 countries in a relatively short period. Insight staff and local guides were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Regarding the itinerary, my personal preference would've been to spend more 2 night stays (for example, and extra day to explore Grenada beyond just Alhambra, or an additional day in Tangier beyond simply getting on/off ferry) with single night stops as the exception. Also, WRT the ferry to/from Morocco, it would have been good to know in advance that passengers would be responsible for handling their own luggage for all aspects of the port activity. My travelling companion had some physical limitations and while the TD was very helpful through the process, believe we may have packed differently had we known this would be the case. Additionally, I would have benefitted from understanding that the end of Ramadan holiday while we were in Morocco would result in ALL stores being closed the 2 days we were in Marrakesh. The bazaar stalls were open in the Medina, but if interested in higher end shopping near the hotel, there were zero options.. Not the fault of Insight, but had I known that would be the case I would've booked a later tour (later in April or May). Overall good value for the price.

*Personal information removed by Feefo* was our guide and he was attentive and amazing. The two bus drivers were professional and amazing. I liked the small group of 25. the Bus was roomy. The sites were fantastic. My only comments that could be better, "Was hoping to see a bit more of Portugal"; "two male guides in Morocco, rushed us through markets and we were not allowed to stop and shop in stores that we wanted to. It seemed that they only stopped in shops they got a kick back from, maybe friends of thiers. Shopping was at a minimum the whole trip. Forced to stay in the Rug shop when we did not want to buy rugs (high pressure sales). The Fez guide had a young man in back of us who took 3 of us to see some jewelry. The jeweler was pushie and I wanted to go back to the group, the owner put his arms up to block me. The two americans and the young man left me there to find my way back. My favorites cities were Seville, Marrakeh, Costa del Sol, Gebralta. We all got tired by the end of the tour and could have used a longer break here and there. Thanks, *Personal information removed by Feefo*

Wonderful Holiday Our tour Director, *Personal details removed by Feefo* and our bus driver *Personal details removed by Feefo* took exceptional care of all of us could not of asked for more. We stayed in 4/5 star hotels and all meals were exceptional. This a a very busy 17 day itinerary with the bus covering over 4,400 kms. Insight plans this trip accordingly so that you see all the sights in Spain, Portugal and Morocco and experience the culture of the three countries. I loved this trip.

The service was excellent. The Tour Director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was outstanding. He was extremely enthusiastic and upbeat, very knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to our wishes. Every morning he had an individual chat with all the people on the tour to ensure we were happy and to meet any concerns. No issue was too small for *Personal information removed by Feefo* to address. The standard of the hotels was without exception, also excellent. The Insight bus was extremely good with all the seats having massive leg room. A special mention must be made of the two bus drivers who were exemplary at all times, while often having to negotiate very difficult travel conditions The itinerary was for the most part excellent. The Moroccan part of the trip was particularly good. Also, greatly enjoyed Seville and Portugal as a whole. The best experience was breakfast prepared by a Berber woman in her own home in a small village outside of Marrakesh. Similarly, having lunch in a woman's home in a small village on the way to Granada was a great experience. These experiences are the reason I travel. While the 'rest time' was good, I less enjoyed Costa del Sol (I may be in the minority here). It was like a tacky resort spot, full of foreign tourists, which I could have experienced by going to the Gold Coast here in Australia.

I booked on line a year ago, postponed through I'll health, but had to pay a lot more. In fact probably about 3,000 dollars more than fellow travellers who booked months before departure. Excellent guide, Michael and wonderful driver *Personal details removed by Feefo*. This wonderful team made the trip. Could have done without te Moroccan guide. Accommodation was good, included cuisine enjoyable.

This whole trip went very smoothly due to a great tour director, *personal info removed by Feefo* and great planning by Insight! It amazed me how much we experienced in this trip. I had never been to Fes, Marrakesh, or Lisbon before, and they did not disappoint. Torremolinos in Spain was magnificent. We stayed in many fine hotels and ate delicious food and wine. Salamanca was a hidden treasure I had never even heard of, but heartily enjoyed. All of our local guides were very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. I strongly recommend this tour!

The service was good. Some of our travelers were old and were not able to handle their luggage very well on their own. From Spain to Tangiers we had to handle all our luggage, carry-ons, and personal items (backpacks, etc.) from the bus to the ferry. It was very difficult for some of us. Then, from Morocco to Spain we had to do it all over again. Read less

Great Tour Guide. Extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. The bus drivers were incredibly talented. We enjoyed seeing the cities and the individual homes of local people. Skip Casablanca in the future. There was little to see "Ricks Cafe" is a fraud, and they didn't allow anyone from the tour inside. The air in the city was terrible

There were so many highlights, it is hard to pick stand out stops. I particularly liked the local events such as the road to Marrakesh and the mud-villages, Casablanca Comiche seaside, Rabat and Tangier, the olive groves and the lunch with locals at the village of Alfarnatejo. And Morocco is a once in a lifetime experience.

Excellent service! Lots of details to handle - all done very well. Some of the meals were just mediocre; expected better! Saw lots of beautiful sites. Would have liked more time/stayed in the Morrocan Capital & not Casablanca, as Casablanca was a disappointment. Loved Lisbon, Cordova & Seville. Gebralter was a fun stop! Glad we could do the Alhambra!

Our guide and bus driver were excellent. The guide was extremely knowledge of the areas we visited, he made us feel very comfortable and was helpful. The bus drivers we amazing, they were able to maneuver incredibly narrow roads. I would recommend eliminating Cassiblanca because there wasn't anything there and the air quality in the city was very bad.
