Are you planning a tour abroad? Definitely tour with Trafalgar 2024! Trafalgar made this tour more enjoyable and relaxing in the detailed planning (e.g. to time our visits to places before the rush of other tour groups arrive, and sorting out our luggage as we moved from place to place). Even though the tour was fairly fast paced, we still had time worked in to do site seeing and some shopping. The Travel Director made contact before the tour started, which already gave a feeling of anticipation for the tour. Thank you, Trafalgar! For experiencing many of the different facets of Italy, this tour is a must. From the enchantments of Rome, the wide art heritage of Florence, to the beauty of Cinque Terre, the medieval San Gemignani, to the beautiful and romantic Venice, this tour is packed with a variety of experiences which are skillfully packaged to enjoy. Not to forget about the wonder of Pisa and the exquisite Assisi with its awesome architecture, artworks, and the view! Truly an unforgettable experience!

Thus was an outstanding trip. It was well organized and lots of fun activities were included. The tour director. Patricia and driver Francesco went above and beyond to make sure everyone was satisfied. Particular favorites were the dinner at the Machiavelli and the Be My Guest dinner. They were very special and I’ll always remember them. I will travel w Trafalgar again after having this experience.

Dinner at hotels suggestions. Service by the travel director and driver is 5 stars. The hotel dinners were subpar. They need to review quality of food and wines. Some were so bad that couldn’t even be used as vinegar. The travel director deserves a 10! Same as our driver. The trip was very good. I would have given it an excellent but the dinners at the hotels were subpar. The quality of food and wine was terrible. Everything else was good. Also not been able to stay later than 7:30pm in Venice was not good since you would have to eat dinner at 6:00pm or later at the hotel which was not good.

Best birthday gift to myself! I’m 64 and traveled solo in magical Italy! If you want to travel with an exceptional well planned agency, then Trafalgar and their travel coordinators is the way to go! I’m already planning my 3rd solo trip. This was my 2nd solo trip with Trafalgar and everything about it was absolutely incredible. The historical sites, the food, the landscapes, the hotels, our very knowledgeable TD Patricia, our coach driver, and our group! It was fast paced but very enjoyable. This trip was therapeutic for me dealing with recent loss and I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that the weather was hot but manageable. This is best way to see most of Italy!

Trafalgar’s service is one of a kind and unmatched. Communication was great even before the trip started. Our travel director was personable and I felt cared for both as an individual and as part of a large (39 travelers) group. The experiences were well thought out and planned. I found the travel director, guides, coach driver, to be very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is a fast paced itinerary, which includes a lot of walking and very full days. This type of trip may not be for everyone, but it was for me. My travel director and coach driver were amazing. The optional experiences were wonderful and I would encourage travelers to consider doing all of them. The guides were exceptional and very knowledgeable. Trafalgar has outdone themselves again and I very much look forward to booking my next trip with them. For some, going at this time of year may be too hot. European hotels are not like the US hotels people may be accustomed, but I have no complaints. It is always nice to have all of the trip planning and minute details, planned and prepared for, leaving the traveler free to enjoy the activities, excursions, and trip as a whole. Be prepared to eat a lot, walk a lot, laugh a lot, love a lot, and live a lot. Italy holds a special place in my heart, not only for all of the wonderful experiences but also the wonderful people we met around the globe. Our magnificent world has so many wonderful places to see and I cannot wait for Trafalgar to be a part of many more adventures to come my way.

An Unforgettable Journey! Very well organized. My husband and I took the Wonders of Italy tour, this being our second tour with Trafalgar. Our Tour Director (Susan) and bus driver (Enzo) were stellar. They went far and beyond to accommodate us, and keep us like a big family during the whole trip. They made us feel comfortable and welcome, their efforts helped create such a memorable experience for us. It was a bonus to be part of a group that got along so well and enjoyed each other’s company. Exploring Italy with knowledgeable and local guides, and having a variety of activities really enriched our experience. The long drives were filled with engaging content to keep things interesting. We are looking forward to our next adventure with Trafalgar!

Everyone try this experience! You feel like you are with family not strangers. She went above what was expected. She included all passengers and made everyone feel included. This was the first bus tour for us and I am looking for the next adventure with Trafalgar. We saw all the things we wanted to and more. The director and bus driver went above what we ever expected. The people on the tour had a great experience.

Great trip! Service was amazing, guides are fantastic, especially *Personal information removed by Feefo* and the trip overall was great. My only gripe is lodging. Some of the hotels could've been better. I'd skip the Mantegna hotel in Rome, which was full of mold. This was a great trip. Pluses were the guides, especially *Personal information removed by Feefo*, were fantastic, very knowledgeable. We saw some amazing places in Italy and got to experience things we never could have dreamed off. They did a great job accommodating different food choices (vegetarian, gluten free etc) for people in our group. The downside was lodging, some of the hotels were less than stellar, especially the Mantegna Hotel in Rome, where we all got sick from the mold. If Trafalgar chose better hotels, the trip would've been excellent. It's rough trying to run around sightseeing all day in the heat of August when you didn't get a good night's rest.
