Trafalgar services were good, and I would recommend to others. I would like to recommend *Personal information removed by Feefo*, he was very professional and helpful. I enjoyed this part of my tour. Thank you

Will continue to use Trafalgar as my go-to travel service as long as they are available in places I plan to travel to. Would and have highly recommended Trafalgar to others. I, personally, would just avoid the much longer tours. Excellent trip and grateful for all of the unique towns/views we got to see, however, I don't know that I'd opt for another 11-day tour. Seems like the trip could have been broken up into two separate excursions. A lot of very early morning starts and hours-long bus rides. I would have preferred to sleep in without feeling rushed. That said, this is my second tour with Trafalgar and as with my last, was curated very nicely. The experience of visiting, eating and shopping in small, boutique locations and supporting the local economies and mom-and-pop businesses felt great. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our Tour Guide, was excellent! I would book another tour with her anywhere Trafalgar offers its services. She was welcoming, warm, and offered a wealth of information, history, and knowledge about each stop. Also, the partner Tour Guides we met in each city were incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and excited about the places we visited and key sights. Every one of them was excellent.

Our tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* and drive *Personal information removed by Feefo* were amazing! Traveling with group travel makes it difficult to balance the wants and needs of everyone on the trip. There was a wide variety of people on this trip, ranging in age from teens to 80s. However, *Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent in making sure everyone had an enjoyable experience. The hotels were nice for group hotels, and despite wanting a longer stay in each city, I found myself enchanted by each new experience. I feel the extra excursions were well worth the money, with the exception of the gondola ride (our driver stayed in his phone the whole time and ran us into walls). Also, the included Vatican Museum was extremely rushed, and we didn't see any famous art pieces such as The School of Athens or Transfiguration. Instead we spent what felt like 30 minutes or more in the hall of maps. I'm not sure if the "local specialist" had to rush because of the itinerary change (an unexpected Jubilee day was announced on the day of our planned visit), but if this is the norm, it puts a bad spin on the whole trip and why I can't give 5 stars.

Tour director was the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Tour had a lot of things to cover and it did a great job in doing so. Early start to the day, long days, full of visiting and seeing so many wonderful places.

Our tour director, Sarah, could not have been better. She cared for us, she taught us history and the language and she was worked diligently throughout the trip to make sure we got the most memories and value for our money. Out driver could not have been any better. He was professional and always on time. The itinerary was excellent! It was thorough and hit all of the things you expect but it also gave us some hidden surprises. The Be Our Guest stops were absolutely amazing.

Coordination prior to the trip was outstanding. The only confusion I had regarded when on the Trafalgar website we could determine that the trip was confirmed. I thought when I booked, it was confirmed and found out later it actually had not been confirmed. Trafalgar offered us an opportunity to change dates and gave us a very nice credit to help offset the cost of our prior confirmed airline tickets. Enjoyed every minute. Wish we could have had some more time in some of the places we stopped. Take every opportunity to participate in the optional excursions if you are a first-time visitor to the area.
